Picture yourself on the white sandy beaches of beautiful Marco Island, having your own private 2 bed 2 bath 14th floor condo. Complete with your very own private balcony that offers southwest exposure, providing an unobstructed view of Marco Island's beautiful 3 1/2 mile white sand crescent beach. Seawinds #1403 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, sleeper sofa, WiFi, and two flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

You'll find excellent restaurants in Marco and Goodland, a unique near-by fishing village. The Marco Movie Theatre serves food while you're viewing the latest movie. Many restaurants will prepare your fresh catch. Rose Marina offers boat rentals for cruising or fishing, a narrated lunch or dinner cruise around the island and Key West Excursions. For relaxation, soak up the sun with a good book or go shelling while walking on the beach. If your daily routine includes exercise then rent a bike, scooter or wave runner, putt around on a near-by golf course, snorkel or dive, jet-ski or parasail. For less strenuous activity, visit the Immokalee Casino, take a helicopter ride or plane ride, or enjoy the many island shops and the Outlet Mall north of Marco. Nature lovers should check out Rookery Bay, and tour the Everglades in an air boat or swamp buggy or relax on a beautiful double decker boat to see the local flora and fauna. Was a great view and the condo was very nice and clean. The ladies at Harbowview were also very nice and communicated very well and quick responses.

Marco Island is dreamy. However the condo left a bit to be desired. It was okay for 2 people but is advertised as sleeping 6 and it would not accommodate 6 guests. There was one sofa bed in living room 3 seats. One hassock. At the end of the day we both like to put our feet up. Really needs another chair at least and ottoman. One lamp in living room, if 2 people want to read we had to move lamp from bedroom. Two bedroom lamps had light bulbs so dim they didn’t qualify as night lights. We had to buy light bulbs. Also I think it is ridiculous to have to buy a whole box of trash bags . We stayed for 2 weeks and the 2 bags they gave us weren’t enough. There was one saucer. Seemed like the place was outfitted by your curmudgeonly cheap uncle. I’ve stayed in worse and much better. It is on the beach which is a , view’s great, location’s great. Next time I will research better. This was not a bargain. Key pickup and drop off convenient. Communication with rental company good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marco is our favourite place to be and the apartment was right there on the beautiful beach! I would recommend the apartment - it was well maintained, very clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could wish for on holiday. An extra easy chair would have been wonderful tho! The management company are professional and ready to listen and deal with any problems that arise the block that the apartment is in is very well maintained and the people in the reception are very friendly and helpful! I would certainly recommend it to friends and family! We’re hoping to be able to come again! That’s the best recommendation!!!

Marco is a Beautiful Family Friendly Spot

The views can't be beat. The property is older but well maintained. The pool is nice, and the beach is perfect and has easy access from the pool area. Many places to eat, shop, etc nearby. A/C had a small issue and the owner/property mgt handled it right away and were responsive throughout the stay. Overall a nice location.

Seawinds Condo

My husband and I enjoyed our first trip here to Marco Island. The condo was well-kept and stocked with all your kitchen accessories, bedding, etc. There is a washer/dryer to do your laundry and a storage unit on the same floor filled with a wagon, chairs and beach umbrella to use. The balcony is huge with two areas to lounge. I love being located directly on the beach. Such a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back!

Deck Windows, Doors and Frame Replacements

Don’t book this place until after Mid-June 2024! The noise of the hammer drills and cutting of metal 8 AM to nearly 8 PM is ridiculous and super load. One can hear it in the room, at the pool and on the beach. It is deafening and nerve rattling. There are no comfortable chairs and the hide away sofa sits like a brick and low to the floor. Broken beach chairs and a dreadful beach wagon should all be discarded and replaced. Curtains are just sheers and not private. Future VRBO’rs beware of this property.

We had ample kitchen utensils, beach chairs, and plenty of linens/towels. The condo was secure, parking was close, and the pool was very nice as well. Soft sand, nice calm waters. We can't wait to return! The only suggestion I can make is the mattress in the master bedroom needs was hard as a rock and we did not sleep well. Also- some of the beach equipment was broken. We were happy to see the landscaping and property was well maintained, however. We loved the local restaurants and had fun renting a boat and exploring the channels! We will sure miss eating breakfast every morning on the balcony!

Very disappointing

First, when we walked in the condo we were blown away by a strong smell of urine and the cleaning supplies that were trying to mask the smell of urine. Eventually the smell of cleaning supplies subsided while the smell of urine remained for the duration of our stay. We washed all of the rugs, bedding, and towels in an attempt to get rid of the smell but nothing worked. Balcony was difficult to use because of constant cigarette, cigar, and marijuana smoking from other balconies. Management told us some owners allow smoking and theres nothing they can do about it. The condo has only 1 shower and a jack and jill bathroom. Huge hassle with more then 2 people. Rooms were very small. Master has king bed with no dressers. There was no room for suitcases or to put anything. Had to live out of suitcase and push it under the bed to have room to walk. Had a decent size closet that was mostly filled with extra sheets and pillows so it wasn't usable. Same for other bedroom. Pool was always very crowded. Only 2 makeshift picklball courts were usually flooded with kids. Next to public beach so beach was usually packed. Sounded like 20 young people in the condo beneath us. Was almost killed by someone dropping a Stanley cup off the 10th floor railing that missed me by 1 foot as I walked in the building. Police were on the beach dealing with something every night. Nice view but way overpriced. South Seas Towers are much nicer, same view, and usually cheaper.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was nasty, way smaller than pictured, floors made feet dirty quickly, under the bed was nasty, bed was stained, couch was stained, WiFi was terrible and didn’t get help til a day later. Location was okay but Marco Island isn’t the ideal vacation spot. There’s nothing to do and the restaurants aren’t good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is beautiful. This is a second year in a row staying on Marco Island, working with Harborview and staying in Seawinds #1403. Haborview was very professional and I would consider using them in the future. I would also consider staying in the Seawinds building again. The property management is very friendly and helpful. However, unit 1403 is in need of some attention. The dryer's timer was not working properly and therefore would continue to run until the door was opened, the porch light did not work on the balcony, there was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, doors and trim, the patio doors in the main bedroom do not open and close as they should, several panels of curtains hanging in the main bedroom were hung backward, all the dinner plates were chipped. Some of these concerns I mention (peeling paint) were just beginning the first year we stayed but have gotten worse over the past year. The first year, we just attributed the peeling paint to "life by the sea" and assumed that this is an issue that is addressed on a regular basis. However, after returning the second year and finding the same but worsening situation along with other problems I mentioned above, my impression is that the maintenance and attention to detail has been lacking. That being said, the location is beautiful and the building and is nice and Harborview is wonderful.

The building is perfectly located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets were the highlight of our stay! The unit itself was perfectly appointed! It was nicely updated with a coastal vibe. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. I especially liked the attention to detail. We sat out on the enlarged balcony in the morning and enjoyed our coffee. The bathrooms were recently updated and were clean as a whistle. I especially appreciated all the equipment provided for the beach. We could not have asked for a better beachfront condo!!! I highly recommend this condo as a perfect retreat for a couple or for a family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Marco Island and our ocean view was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. However, found the unit could use some general maintenance attention regarding toilets, garbage disposal, HVAC filter had not been replaced in some time, possible water leak from unit above us appeared on our departing day and what appeared to be mold/mildew was in the shower. Cabinet space was limited in both the kitchen and bedrooms. Although the unit may be able to sleep (6) it would be crowded especially if all adults. I may consider visiting again, however would check the status of conditions prior to commitment.
