You pour your first cup of coffee and look outside to see the Independence SuperChair lift right outside your window. Crystal Peak Lodge is one of Breck’s premier ski-in, ski-out resort properties; you’re literally steps from the slopes. And Crystal Peak Pioneer Condo is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo (with great updates) that’s perfect for groups of up to six people. The living area features beautiful leather furniture and overlooks the Peak 7 base area and the Pioneer ski run. The views from the adjacent deck are great, too! The kitchen features updated quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, on site hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort, making this a vacation experience you’ll remember forever. The gondola even stops right in front of this building as well, providing excellent access to the Peak 8 base area and downtown Breckenridge. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Girls ski trip

My friends and I had a great time at the resort. Location was perfect and the room provided everything we needed. The temperature in the room was consistently 75 degrees even with the heat off. We needed to keep the doors and windows open to keep temps around 70. Our only complaint.

Great place

The property and condo were clean and stocked with everything we could need. The beds and couch were comfortable. The guest bathroom shower did not drain properly and would flood the floor, so we were all showering in the master bathroom which was a little inconvenient but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful property.

Perfect Location!

The location could not be more perfect! Gives new meaning to ski in/ski out. The condo itself is beautiful and equipped with anything you could want. Fabulous, big kitchen and bathrooms. Right next to the gondola as well. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults.

Wonderful stay and location!

Great property and really enjoyed the sister property amenities at One Ski Hill of bowling (we’d stayed there before on a previous trip and I took my 5 year old for his first bowling trip this time!). The ice maker and water dispenser was not working on the refrigerator this trip but the management was as on it as possible (it needed a new condenser, so weren’t able to fix during our stay but they offered to bring up ice and worked with us to make it a non issue). We would stay here again any time and would recommend!

The condo was very updated and we loved all the upgraded features in the kitchen. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The only downside was the balcony....I would have preferred a more traditional balcony.....this was odd shaped and somewhat restricted for views.

True Ski In/Out on Peak 7

The condo is very spacious as described and has all the amenities you will need. Flooring is heated in main bedroom/bathroom. Ample extra blankets, towels, and floor fans. Ski locker is in lower level, steps from the lift. The gondola into town is also adjacent to the building and very convenient. We had some issues with the dryer and WIFI; however, the property manager was very prompt to troubleshoot. Be aware of the loud music that is played from the property/bar next door daily from ~10 am-5 pm that spills into the unit, with increased volume on weekends. Hot tubs are great for relaxing overlooking the hill. Parking was no issue and very convenient. This is a true ski in/out unit with a lovely view of the mountain. A great stay overall.

To say that skiing was easy this year was an understatement. The pictures do not do the condo justice. There was plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen and bathrooms were large enough to accommodate all of us with no issues. The property was clean and well kept. We would definitely return next year.

The only downside was that the thermostat was controlled by the HOA, not the unit itself. The first night was unbearably hot in the master...couldnt balance well with the open window/freezing air and too much heat. Called the manager next day...turns out the master bedroom heat was set to 80 degrees, they turned it off...the rest of the stay was perfect.

Ski Getaway

My family and I live within 2 hours from Breckenridge. We love to plan spontaneous ski trips. Crystal Peak Lodge was an amazing experience. Having the lifts right behind the building and ski school next door made everything quick and seamless. There was plenty of fun to be had between the 2 buildings. We would definitely book again!

A Bit Too High For Us

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and comfortable but being at the top of the mountain didn't work out well for us. We struggled at night with the high altitude and no one in our family slept well the entire trip resulting in us deciding to leave a day early. We visit Breckenridge routinely but stay in town and the altitude has never bothered us the way it did at the top of the mountain. The other thing to consider with this unit in the summer is the proximity to the pool at the Grand Lodge which is very loud late into the night. Each night we heard kids screaming as loud as they could as late as 10pm. With no A/C you must keep the windows open to keep the unit cool and this was tough with too little kids that went to bed around 7:30/8pm. If you live in Colorado and are used to the altitude this unit probably would work well for you but for out of state folks I would highly consider the effects of being at over 10,000 ft altitude.

Condo was lovely and very clean

Family trip to escape Texas heat. The maintenance company was very responsive. Gondola ride was fun and a free shuttle was provided.

Great summer trip!

We had a great time in this crystal peak condo! Unit looks at the mtn/chairlift. Easy to take the gondola over to peak 8 for kids activities/family fun! Great stay!

Short stay for wedding at Sevens

Very clean! New washer/dryer and tidy space. Was just what we needed and as so close to the wedding venue. Slight issue with keys (didn’t work initially) but management company was VERY responsive! Incredible view of mountain and quiet in mid-June. Great value!
