Everything was clean. The pool was definitely the highlight of the stay for the family. Great location close to the beach. The master bedroom could use a new mattress and the AC was a bit loud when it would kick on overnight. But overall, great!

Wonderful Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at this property. The backyard and pool is by far the best feature of this property. We all enjoyed time by the pool every day. It's private, comfortable and relaxing. The house was very comfortable for the 4 of us and our dogs. The fully fenced in backyard was excellent. The walk to the beach is short and easy, as well as walking to Coligny. We plan to stay again in the future!

Churn & Burn Rental

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property needs a lot of help. They are not even keeping up on basic maintenance inside the house and it shows. There is also an unbearable mildew smell throughout the whole house. There are much better rentals out there in this price point. If it was not for the pool, we would have left.

The house was in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach and very short drive (even walkable) to the Coligny shops and restaurants. Also, the house was clean and the private pool was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

We decided on a last minute family vacation and found this place and thought it was too good to be true. The house exceeded our expectations, it was wonderful. The short distance to the beach and to Coligny Plaza was amazing and the pool on the property was so much bigger than other beach rentals we’ve been to. We will definitely be booking again.

Amazing location and setup

I've been renting on Coligny Beach for six years in the same price range. This property was the family's favorite. The pool/backyard is sunny and well kept. The location is perfect. The house itself is equipped with many small extras that made the stay easy and stress-free. Property management company is excellent as well.

Excellent place to stay

12 park place was awesome. The house was clean and just like the pictures, we had a long journey and arrived earlier than expected but we were able to check in 30 mins early which allowed us to unpack and start our trip right away! Plenty of towels! Pool was great, during our trip toilet was leaking, it was fixed within the hour. Short walk to the beach, can't say enough about how great this place is, definitely recommend if your in the area!
