This stunning home offers 2,800 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and two and half bathrooms, to accommodate up to 10 guests.

After entering this single-level home via the front door, will step right into the spacious main living area that features gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. This area offers the living room, kitchen and dining area and you'll love the many windows that bring in natural light and the surrounding views.

Living Room: The living room offers comfortable contemporary style furnishings, including a leather sectional sofa making this an excellent gathering area.

Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, stone countertops, and all the equipment and utensils needed to create tasty meals and snacks. Take advantage of kitchen bar with seating for three.

Dining area: The dining area has seating for eight and large slider doors which open to the back patio.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand master bedroom— King bed, 55” Smart TV, sitting area, patio access. The private bathroom features double sinks, a relaxing soaking tub with a handheld showerhead, and a separate tile and glass shower.

Master Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, sitting area, private bathroom with double sinks and a large soaking tub with a handheld showerhead, plus a separate tile and glass shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 – Both offer queen-size beds while Bedroom 3 also has a Smart TV.

Game/Bonus Room: This great entertainment area offers a queen sleeper sofa, shuffleboard table, arcade-style gaming machine and two Smart TVs.

Outdoor/Patio areas:
Enjoy professionally landscaped outdoor spaces that are serene and surrounded by outstanding mountain and golf course views. The covered patio is a wonderful place to relax. Here you'll find a BBQ grill and outdoor furnishings.
