Denne luksuriøse moderne totalrenoverede lejlighed på 95 kvm med 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser + terrasse + WiFi ligger midt i et roligt tropisk feriested med 24 timers sikkerhed. Nyd en cocktail i en af de to forfriskende puljer. Andre fritidsmuligheder ville være tennis / golfbane, elegant klubhus med egen restaurant og bar, joggestier, fitnesscenter, stor sø, grill, legeplads, basketball, 24-timers sikkerhed og meget mere. Kun $ 529,00 om ugen. Ingen rengøringsgebyrer. Hver reservation inkluderer gratis brug af en 'NAVI' / GPS ', et udvalg af læskedrikke og en Super Spar-kuponrabatspakke og kort over Orlando og Florida. Jeg har også sammensat en mappe til mine gæster med anbefalinger fra nærliggende restauranter samt supermarkeder, apoteker, Aldi, Walmart, hospitaler og læger. Alt er taget sig af. Jeg tilbyder også et stort udvalg af tyske rejseguider til Orlando og Florida gratis.

Excellent property, everything was súper clean and neatly organize. Place was very comfortable and equipped with lots of utensils. Everything worked perfectly ( stove, refrigerator, ovens, air condition, appliances, laundry machines etc. ) The host was very respectful and profesional. We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jan was fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and made everything very easy.The location was perfect, with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby, and the surrounding community offered plenty of great walking areas.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay, exceptionally clean and well kept.

We stayed at this property for over 4 weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and thoughtful host. The condo is very clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jon”s place is 5 stars. All you need is your clothes and food for the fridge. He has every amenity you can ever imagine just like your own home. The country club setting is fantastic with a nice relaxing back patio. I’ll try to rent this for him every time I’m in Orlando.

ideal vacation

This condo is in a perfect area for adults or families. There is an 18 hole golf course, beautiful pools, on site restaurant and security. We couldn't recommend it more. In addition, you are close to many more restaurants and theme parks. The owner is always available for questions or problems. It is extra clean and has easy access to walking trails and a golf driving range

Disney Trip

Great.location close to everything including theme parks. Condon was clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we wanted for nothing. No complaints everything was good. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Great time in Orlando

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

What you see is what you get!

The condo was everything it showed in the pictures. The owner had a lot of extras available for use during our stay. He responded promply anytime we messaged him and gave great directions. We would definately rent from this owner again!

Spacious, Clean Condo.

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Birthday Getaway

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The gated community made us feel safe. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and detailed messaged were left for us to answer any questions. Jan was also very helpful and readily available to address any additional questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantabulous Place to Stay

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. This condo location gave us easy access to everything! We also enjoyed the individualized parking spot for the condo. We highly recommend Jan and his condo. He was a very gracious host!

I really like this condo it’s very safe and secured place it’s the big community and also is is amazing and parking available in front of condo, owner also amazing person he is super nice guy, pool is also next to condo, super clean inside the condo everything available inside we had very very great vacation. Highly recommend!!!!

Hello Furikjan. It was so nice to have you and your 2 friends stay at my condo for nearly 3 weeks in Dec.2020 while you all were getting your commercial trucking CDL driver license in Orlando. Congratulations that you all passed the test. It was really nice that I got the chance to meet you for a nice little chat at the condo. Another great stay

I have been coming to Ventura CC every March with golf buddies for the last 6 years. This condo is my favorite and I hope it will be available next year too. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Jan ‘s a wonderful host, check in and check out simple. See you next year Jan!

Helloooo Diane. What a shame that your time at my condo went by so quickly. Thank you sooo much for leaving the condo SOOO SUPER clean. That made my life very easy since I always clean the condo myself and make sure it is always sparkling clean for my new guests to arrive. I live in Orlando and it is very easy for me that way to maintain and clean the condo and I can easily be reached if my guests should have any questions. Till next years Diane !!

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

Lovely Ventura Condo

This lovely first floor condo was updated in Dec 2012. We were the first to enjoy! Jan spared no expense, newly tiled floors and fabulous tiled baths. Kitchen is well supplied, all you need is the food. Screened patio is private, overlooks green space and gets the morning sun. Bedroom windows have blackout drapes for those sleep in mornings. Condos are well built and are very quiet. HD TV and wifi. Heated pool nearby. The golf course just rehabbed the greens and they are challenging! We love the community so much we are trying to buy our own place, if that doesn't work out this is where I want to stay!

These were my first guest for 4 weeks after this vacation home was completely renovated. I just bought it in November 2012 and it was renovated for 6 weeks.. But I do own another vacation condo also at Ventura Country Club since 2000 and have over 54 x 5 Star reviews on this website. You can see that I have a lot of experience with vacation rentals. Thank you Susan for the great review.

I just want that my guests have an unforgettable dream vacation at my place. You also don't have to pay in advance but when you arrive in Orlando and after you have seen the vacation condo. There are no surprises and you pay me in person when we meet.
