Saint Georges de Didonne - HOUSE with enclosed garden - CLOSE TO SHOPS

This house of about 120m² consists of a large and bright living room with a TV, a kitchen equipped with a cooker with electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a fridge, a mini freezer and a dishwasher.
Its first night part, located on the ground floor, has three bedrooms. The first one with a 140cm bed, the second one with 2 beds of 90cm and the third one with 2 beds of 80cm (one of them with drawers).
A bathroom with a washing machine, an independent toilet and a shower room with toilet.

Upstairs, the second part of the house is sleeping with a fourth bedroom with 2 twin 80cm beds and a washroom

Relax on the large terrace in the sun for a meal, facing south!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
