• Beautifully landscaped waterfront house with open water view, private dock, water-view sunroom. Access to open water, Kayaking, fishing, dolphin watching, paddle boarding in the backyard anytime!
• Amazing backyard with lush tropical landscaping
•Great location! 5-10 mins to downtown. 10 mins to beach. 25 mins to Tampa.
•Fully furnished kitchen, grill
•Equipped office for remote working (WFH), with monitor, desk, chair
•TV, WiFi, elliptical machine, Leather reclining couches
• Everything is ready for you and your friends/family. Fully equipped kitchen with general kitchen cook ware, cooktop, toasters, microwave oven, coffee machine. Very comfortable beds.

Please enjoy sitting on the dock, and you can see dolphins swimming in the area often :)

-Primary bedroom (king bed) with a full bathroom;
-#2 bedroom (queen bed) with a closet;

-#4 bedroom has a full size futon. Home office with a large office desk/chair and a monitor.
-The second bathroom has a walk-in shower

Boat trailer is not allowed to drive through the driveway or park at the property. Please contact me first if you plan to rent a boat and park it at the dock.

Just what we needed

Gorgeous view, relaxing spaces and perfect kitchen to accommodate our large family. The outdoor space was as enjoyable as the indoor.

Excellent water front stay

My 2 sisters and their husbands and I spent a long weekend here and everything was very very nice. Location is close to downtown St Pete and we enjoyed several local festivals. I would recommend this house and rent it again! It has a wonderful patio area and water view.

St. Pete stay

Beautiful location right on the water in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very spacious for the three of us with a great common area.

Beautiful house and location

Jay was very quick to communicate after the booking and continued to be very accommodating if we needed anything. The house and location are incredible and the accommodations are very comfy. We had a team of researchers staying there while we were conducting marine research offshore and it was the perfect house and location for us. We would recommend Jay’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

A Beautiful Spot

Beautiful views from a comfortable home

We enjoyed this property - it was comfortable and convenient driving distance to the beaches and other areas. The views were fantastic - we saw dolphins several times! My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock. Definitely would recommend!

Great getaway on the water

Enjoyed the tucked away home on the water. Loved the wildlife we saw including birds, dolphin, and fish while enjoying the backyard and dock. Home was clean and well cared for with a stocked kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t beat the location

This property was the perfect location for us. 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete and less than 20 minutes to the beach. The residence itself was clean and comfortable with lovely water views. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property for your vacation destination.

Annual Trip to St Pete

Property was in excellent condition, equipped beautifully, host was excellent. Our preference would have been to be more North (NE St Pete) but that has no bearing upon an excellent review of our stay.

St. Petersburg weekend

We stayed shortly after Hurricane Helene and just before Milton. Our host went out of their way to make sure the property was in great shape even though a Hurricane destroyed many of the houses in the area. We definitely plan to stay again and have referred several of our friends and family that stay in the area.

Peaceful waterfront home

Three business people were seeking a quiet home for a fishing week. The home was perfect for that. Fishing from the dock was fun, close to various marinas and shopping, the view was wonderful and the house had everything we were hoping for. Would definitely come back.

Comfortable and well equipped

Great, livable, well equipped house in a quiet location with easy access to downtown St. Pete’s and the lively harbor area which is far more enticing than Central Ave which seems to get a lot of press. Enjoyed being at the house and on the dock but also drove to beautiful DeSoto Beach, a good 20 minutes away but worth it. Would certainly recommend for 4 people.

Family weekend get away.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! There is so much attention to the details making this the perfect place to stay. Everything is very well organized and stocked. The house is in a great location, clean and has All the right spaces. We base any rentals on reviews and this is a definite 10 out 10! Exceeded expectations! You won't be sorry.

Awesome host!!!

Great property if you want water access. Kayak on site, nice boat dock ( with extra boat lift which may be available to use, ask owner), clean house, super easy access- no traffic south of 6th ave in St. Pete, no traffic to Don Cesar and southern St. Pete beach neighborhoods. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner is awesome, let us check in early and check out late as days surrounding us were not booked. I can not recommend highly enough, we will be back. Thanks for a great relaxing weekend!!!

Great retreat

This is a very nice older home set back from the street so it feels secluded. The house set up worked really well for us. We had three people there. You could easily have six. The views out the back were outstanding. We spent several mornings on the patio listening to the water and the birds. We did see some dolphins. It was very peaceful. It was easy to get to a Publix, Walmart, and downtown St. Petersburg, including The Pier. The host was very responsive to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location!

We were in town for a brief stay for 3 things: fishing, relaxing and checking out Eckerd College for our son. The campus in only 15 minutes away, and the rest of our time we enjoyed easy access to Fort Soto park for some beach time - beautiful spot! We also enjoyed just being at the house - the yard is lush and private. Our son fished off the dock, and we saw dolphins almost daily, but the highlight was a manatee swimming by one night! i brought my inflatable paddle board and had a nice time exploring the canal and the bay. Great spot! Private and close to everything! Owner was very responsive and informative. Thank you!

Nice home

This is a nice home with a great view. The master bedroom, living room kitchen and sitting area are great. The other side of the home with the den, laundry and 2 additional bedrooms is just okay. That side of the home is very hot compared to the main living area and some of it is outdated. The second bathroom is very small. The house was relatively well kept, functional, and contained most amenities travelers could need. Many of the bedroom closets and drawers were full of the owners items making it difficult to use bedroom space (we lived out of our suitcases for the entire stay.)
