We had a delightful week stay in Point Loma at Bayview Paradise. The home was perfectly located for our needs and amazing views of the harbor. Our late arrival due to flights and weather was handled with grace and flexibility by the owner. The home has been recently renovated, is well furnished and immaculately cleaned on our arrival.

Modern, very clean, excellent location and views. Host was super accommodating, even brought us a cooler to use at the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect stay again!

This was our second time staying at this gorgeous property. The views from this house still wow me! The house is spotless when you arrive and is very well taken care of. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there.

Favorite spot in Point Loma!

My family and I stayed here for the 2nd time this year, and it's safe to say it's our favorite place to stay in Point Loma! The owner is a pleasure to work with, and his home is both beautiful and comfortable, with stunning views. We'll keep coming back as long as we can!

Wonderful home with incredible views!

We loved our stay at this home for 2 weeks. It was very clean, beautifully remodeled, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet while being close to many restaurants and attractions. The views are unbeatable and we enjoyed watching the airplanes and ships out the big windows. We hope to come back here!

Great House

Perfect house for our stay over spring break. Owner was extremely nice to work with and always accommodating. House was perfect. Grear location, Great finishes and an amazing view. The outdoor accommodations were an added bonus.

Perfect!

The interior is completely renovated, with beautiful decor, all new appliances, very clean and comfortable. The patios and decks are wonderful with excellent views. Ben was kind enough to meet us at the property and give us a tour, even show us how to use the TV! We can't wait to return.

Beautiful home with amazing views

The pictures don't do this home justice, the house is beautiful and clean and the views are phenomenal - great sunrises! The home was equipped with everything we could need (including a crib) and we loved how we could walk to town and enjoy the harbor and great restaurants. Ben was also wonderful, showing us the property and letting us know what was in the area - we would definitely stay here again!

Long overdue review for this gorgeous property

My wife and I love to stay in the Point Loma area and this time we decided to find a property that allowed dogs and was close to Shelter Island. Let me just say, this property is perfect! The house is very clean, the view are absolutely amazing. The terrace overlooking the bay and the views it provided couldn't have been better. The owners are super friendly and very easy to work with. We look forward to hopefully staying again sometime soon.

Thanks Mike for your comment and information about the Barbecue problem . Unfortunately the Barbecue Nob was probably damaged when you try to use it or by the prior guests before you ? Because the Barbecue is relatively new and still under warranty I called Home Depot and scheduled Repaire and Replacement of the broken Nob and parts or replacement with new Barbecue which is scheduled to be completed next week. I am sure during your next stay you will be able to enjoy using our new Barbecue Thank you again for your stay.

Felt like home away from home

The view was the best of all while the home itself had many charming qualities. Magical sunsets and sunrises offering a tranquil walk along a nearby beach path (walking distance from home). Beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Ben welcomed me at the home and showed me around. Also appreciated the wife’s finishing touches such as the luxury shower products. Thank you Ben.

Beautiful new property

We rented this site for a family reunion. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Half the property was outside and perfect for my morning yoga everyday. We wish the waterfall was working outside to add to the ambience of the whole package. There was plenty of street parking and we were very close to all of our family events and actives. Ben the owner was easy to work with and responsive in all communication. This rental was top of the line, we already miss it!

Stunning!

We celebrated my husband's birthday with a get-away. Husband loves water, boats, planes, and all things military. From the house, we watched the naval ships going in / out of the harbor (Littoral class through the carrier Abraham Lincoln), sailboats enjoying the breeze, and F18's and Ospreys flying in/out of the base. It was an easy walk to everything including great walks along the water's edge. The house is gorgeous and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood was really quiet at night. Everything was in perfect working order. The views are stunning! Husband brought his binoculars and we spent hours just watching the boats and planes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Please treat the property with respect. This is their personal house that they will move into full time as soon as work allows.

Breathtaking View

The view was breathtaking and the home had very modern appliances, comfortable beds and a lovely patio. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owners had great communication and were very personable.

Peaceful Paradise

View, Elegance, Safety, Relaxation, Peace! The view is stunning and mesmerizing. The beautiful cozy home is elegantly modern and brand new with all the amenities one needs and more. Cleanliness is always important to us but especially during Covid and it was impeccably clean which made us feel relaxed and safe. Owner is very kind and easy to communicate with. Beach is easy walking distance as well as great restaurants. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and felt very peaceful here. We definitely look forward to returning. Thank you kindly, Ben for our wonderful vacation! We're grateful :)

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

If you want fresh sea breezes and magnificent 180 degree views of the harbour and San Deigo city especially at sunset, this is the spot for you. Completely renovated with a gorgeous and calming soft grey palette of granite and imported stone from Italy, the property is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect if you need peace and quiet - but still want to be close to attractions and activities. Don't miss Cabrillo National Park (right by the house) - where the first European stepped foot on the west coast. The views there are spectacular as well and there is a walk around the ocean where you can see the tidepools (best in the fall and winter). The hosts were amazing and clearly take great pride in their property and making sure guests are comfortable and happy. We were! Thank you.

A fantastic getaway

There are so many amazing things to say about this rental!! 1st, the location is awesome!! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants…even a 4 year old can manage. It was perfect for viewing fireworks on the 4th of July. You can see 5 displays at once. There’s even a little viewing deck in the backyard. The views are incredible. The house was recently renovated and the owners spared no expense. I’m a commercial interior designer and have a critical eye…and I was completely impressed. High end finishes and quality products. One thing that I really liked is that the owner greeted us when we arrived. Not a management company…but the owner. He was incredibly nice and you could tell he enjoys children by the way he was responding to my son. I appreciated that. He was able to give us details of the property and offered any assistance during our stay. He cares about his property which meant a lot to me. It’s not just a business…it’s his home. We will gladly book here again in the future.
