IRB Poolside Unit A Star5Vacations

Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach poolside oasis, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy. The private screened in porch has enough seating for everyone to enjoy the fresh, salty air and overlooks the shared pool area.



This is an open floorplan with the bedrooms off the foyer and living room, making them private from one another. The large master features a king size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a large flat screen TV. In the hallway to your private attached bathroom, is a spacious walk in closet. directly across from the walk in is the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The master bathroom features a vanity/sink area with a door separating the shower and toilet area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. It is brand new and features 3 seats at the breakfast bar, which over looks the dining and living room area. The dining room table has 4 chairs, so together the bar and dining can accommodate every one comfortably.



The living room features a large, queen pull out sectional and faces a flat screen TV. The pullout was enhanced with a 4 inch memory foam mattress for maximum comfort. WIFI info is located on the TV stand in the living room for your convenience.



The guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located in a hallway off the living and dining room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity sink. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a closet.



The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows/linens for pullout, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.



The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cups or a regular ground pot of coffee.



The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The closeness to the beach, restaurants and bars was amazing. The apartment was bright, clean comfortable and nicely decorated. We were pleased to find a beach cart, chairs towels and an umbrella as well. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We hope to stay again next year

Great location. It is about 30 seconds walk to the beach. Lovely place, clean and well equipped. The only downside was the screened-in porch, which was missing a door and had big holes in the screens. Hopefully they are planning to repair them. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

Sisters vacation.

Place was exactly as described. It was very clean an updated. We enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pool. It was very quiet and in a good neighborhood. Would stay hear again.

Enjoyed my stay. Proximity to the Clearwater Beach was satisfactory. My only suggestion is more dinnerware, silverware and if management would respond to the messages

We loved how clean the unit was and how close to the beach it was. There was a pack’n play available so all I had to bring was the mattress. Also there was a sit up seat for eating for our 6 month old. Awesome place, hope to visit next year!

We had never vacationed in Florida before. We found this condo on-line and booked. The location was great. Close to the beach. A block off of Gulf Blvd so easy access to restaurants. Condo updated. Great stay! Just one suggestion…add a railing to the stairs!

Anniversary Vacation

We were hesitant to stray away from the typical hotel experience for our vacation but we were more than pleasantly surprised by our vrbo experience. We had the location to ourselves, no dealing with loud music, noisy children, people's pets, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or property overall. The pictures posted on the listing are accurate; there's a couple of minor maintenance issues that could use some TLC but overall the property is well maintained and very clean! We're already looking at dates for next year's anniversary celebration and would love to return!

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars on the property is because the screened in porch could use some TLC the screen is ripped in a lot of places and the floor need to be cleaned on the porch under the chairs. Also they need to put a door on the porch to keep mosquitoes out. Also the stairs are very narrow and steep. The lighting for the stairs doesn’t stay on long enough when turned on and going up at night there isn’t any light. The inside of the place is very nice and clean and beds are very comfortable.

Squeaky old bed

We enjoyed our stay for the most part but the bed in the smaller bedroom squeaks every time you move. It sounds like old box springs. Also there should be extra blankets for cool nights especially since the highest temp you can set is 68 degrees.

Indian Rocks Beach a terrific location to spend a holiday in Florida

Very nice property; very clean and very well-equipped in every way. Beach was a 200 yard walk; could see Coco's from our porch. We did not use the pool but it seemed very nice, and was serviced regularly. We were granted an additional night (at cost) which was very convenient for our family. Three things I would suggest: the steps to the unit are narrow and canted downward in several placed; several sharp and rusty edges on the steps and in the porch area; and the porch was not accurately reflected in the pics on the VRBO site, dated and well-worn furniture which exposed to the elements (faces the Gulf) have been affected by the weather. Aside from that, a great location and nice place inside. Payment in full was required sixty days in advance; Would have liked to have had check in information further than four days in advance of our arrival. Communication by VRBO message exchange was spotty and not user-friendly.

Nice but old

This is an old apartment building that has been somewhat renovated. Location is great but property is lacking. The interior is clean with newer furnishings but almost every door was broken. Low ceilings with stains. Sliding Glass door shades were broken. Refrigerator was old. Screened porch is ratty, door broken, and needs renovations. The exterior of the building looks rough and stairs going up to unit are narrow and steep. Pool was clean but surrounded by a chain link fence- yuck. We had to straighten up all pool furniture and clean up the front yard which was full of debris. We won’t return here. Sorry.

Lisa - we’re very sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay enough to want to return. I wish you would have given us the opportunity to make it right for you. As our check-in instructions state, we like to be notified of anything broken upon your arrival. We had some bad weather from the tropical storm and the wind probably caused the porch door to come off track. This would have been an easy fix from our on call handyman, as well as anything else you saw that needed attention. Had you notified us about the shades, we would have replaced them - we actually keep extras in the unit as they break easily. I looked back on our messages and we were able to promptly return your call about a question with the tv, but nothing from your review was mentioned to our team during this time. As far as the yard, again, the storm does cause debris and we have our team go around once the storm has passed, which was the day you checked out. We have a new fridge being delivered this week (was on backorder), but not because that one is old, instead we wanted a counter depth fridge for more room. I’m sorry the pool furniture was out of place. Unfortunately, it is a shared building with 2 other units, so it’s not uncommon for other guests to rearrange it. Sorry you found the chain link fence distasteful - but it is shown in the many listing pictures for this unit. We try to show photos that accurately depict the unit and based on the amazing reviews this unit (and other units in the building get), our guests would agree that the pictures are very accurate as to what you’re getting. We’d love to host you again and hope that you’d reconsider on giving us another try. Star5Vacations

Weekend Beach stay

The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. The pool was warm but refreshing after being in the ocean. We really enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings.

Good all around experience

The unit was clean and modern. Lots of space. Great screened-in porch. Didn't think we'd need the pool but during a really windy day the beach wasn't that enjoyable and the pool was the perfect backup. Beach is just a block away and it was great to have chairs and towels provided (although the umbrella looked pretty sketchy when there were large wind gusts so we decided not to chance it). Managers were responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect property

Amazing property. Location was spot on. Everything we needed was available at the house including beach chairs coolers towels everything for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking there’s also a grill Which was nice to have. Highly recommend this property. We’re definitely gonna go back.
