This was a great stay! Close to everything but still quiet. Back porch was a great place to spend time. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms were perfect for 6 or more people to stay. We will definitely come back!

Long overdue family vacation
Check-in was easy, house was clean and beautiful. Great location to all the local shops, only a few minutes from the beach. Definitely will be back.

Cute and cozy!
The condo was spacious and absolutely adorable. Everyone felt at home and enjoyed staying close to everything in town. Definitely worth every penny!

Great place
This was a great place to stay. Beachy cute decor, very well equipped, fantastic location, warm, welcoming and comfortable. It is a great location, close to eating and shopping. But it only has 2 1/2 baths. Ad states 3 showers, but there are only 2. Other than that, it was as described. We would definately stay there again and recommend.

Another great stay
This was my second stay at this location. Last year was with my husband’s family and this year was with mine. We had a great time. Communication with the owner was easy. She responded very quickly to any questions and concerns I had. The location is great. We would definitely consider a third stay!

You CANNOT beat the location of this rental home. Centrally located to EVERYTHING and minutes from the beach. Home was very clean and provided all the amenities we wanted plus more. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful Stay
We had an amazing time! I’ve been coming to Port Aransas almost all my life. I was able to show my husbands family around, as it was their first time ever going to a beach. On top of that we were able to stay in this wonderful condo. It was exactly as advertised. Whenever I had a question, I was answered promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Loved it here. We plan on returning soon.

We loved the time we spent here in this home. it’s a beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay like we were at home. I loved the deck over looking the pond, it made for peaceful morning for a cup of coffee. I would strongly recommend this home for next vacation in Port A.

The condo was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. We had 3 large vehicles with plenty of room to park. The place was immaculate with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings eating dinner and swimming in the pool with the kids at the end of our day. Plenty of towels were provided for our large group. We would absolutely stay again and again.

We had a wonderful time in Port A and the home was almost perfect. Needs a little improvement here and there, but overall accommodations were good. Microwave broke half way through trio, we did see roaches in kitchen and the mattresses are extremely hard. If it weren't for THR mattresses, we would rebook.

Alden's Anchor is an beautifully decorated, welcoming beach home. The layout was perfect for our family with an active child. Lots of room to spread out and relax and play games. The location is amazing! A short golf cart ride to the beach. You could even walk it if you wanted to. Close to all the activity, but in a location that was quite and relaxing. We will definitely being staying at Alden's Anchor again! We had a great time!

The house was beautiful, love having the garage was a plus. The house was everything they stated it was but that a "14 ft Alligator" lives in the canal one house down from this house. Scared the **** out of us when we saw it. Wouldn't go out front to walk to the pool. So sorry wouldn't recommend this property.

My family's stay at the property was great. The home has been undated and was exceptionally comfortable. The patio was quiet and a great place to take in breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We were conveniently located near the main road to grab some essentials that we left home without. And, the beach as was a pleasant walk from the property. The garage areas offered great place to secure bikes and some beach chairs, etc. We've already talked about our next visit. Highly recommend.

I appreciated learning how the garage door worked and being kept cool by the ice cold air that was experienced as the A/C was auto programmed to all times of the day with the coldest being tuned in at midnight. I appreciated the much needed change of scenery and experience. I hope that I would have the opportunity to return on any weekdays or weekends NOT being the 1st, 3rd or 5th weekends. My VERY favorite new store is Mrs. Woody's and next time I am able to enjoy the Port A beach area, this lovely boutique will be on my permanent stop to shop every time I'm in the area. It was a great place to getaway and enjoy early morning sunrises.

Staying here was perfect! It was ideal location to everything on the island. The home was beautiful and tidy. Communication was great! I had trouble getting in the house at first but they immediately responded and helped me. Yes boots the alligator was in the canal at night time we saw him. I was nervous at first when I heard about that but honestly it was nothing at all. He was just peaceful keeping to himself when we would drive by him. My kids loved staying here and habe asked to go back every year now. Which we will be doing now. Highly recommend staying here! Only downfall was when we arrived the air was at 91 degrees so it was a hot first night getting it cooled off but it did not default anything for us. We will absolutely be back again!

The home was wonderful. Enjoyed the view of the fireworks from the deck. The pool was nasty. It had not been cleaned in weeks it had large clumps of hair and other thing’s floating in it so we could not enjoy that, it also was a puke green color to boot.

When we arrived at rental location,we all were very pleased with property. Had plenty of parking outside of unit and inside garage. Unit was very clean and a beautiful floor layout plan. Patio scenery was also refreshing and close to pool for kids to enjoy. We had a wonderful time and will use this service again. Close to food and beach also.
