The bright and airy first floor studio is located in the historical El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Ideal for vacationers and business travellers with its convenient location being 2 miles from most main points of interest in West Palm Beach and half block away from a pedestrian walking path along the Intracoastal.
The space
PLEASE NOTE: This lower level unit can experience noise from unit above, all steps to minimise noise transfer between 2nd and 1st floors have been taken, however occupants can expect floor board and water pipe noise if the unit above is occupied. Light sleepers are advised not to book.
The studio has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The unit has a king bed, walk-in closet, loveseat couch, tv, dining table for two, fully stocked kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom. In front of the studio, there is a patio with outdoor seating. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside. If you have a young child traveling with you, let us know and we can try to accommodate.

WPB has a lot to offer during your stay with us. Take our complimentary bikes down the Palm Beach 5.5 mile bike trail, stroll the shops and vias on Worth Avenue, visit the Norton and Flagler Museums, have a drink at the Ben, check out the Breakers Hotel, go out on Clematis Street, eat at too many great restaurants to name but Grato is only a block away, have a craft beer at Civil Society, see a play at the Kravis Center or a comedy at the Improv, visit Peanut Island and enjoy one of the many beaches with the provided beach chairs. Prior to your check in time, you will be provided with a unique code that will allow you access during your visit. Check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out is 11am. The laundry and bikes are in the shed at the back of the property, you will be given the code upon check in. Please note the laundry machines are shared with one other unit.

Guests are encouraged to read the House Rules which serves as our short term rental agreement. A full copy will be sent to you upon booking.
