I also appreciate your feedback regarding the air conditioning. Since your stay, we completed an improvement by relocating the A/C compressor from underneath the elevated home to the exterior. This allows the system to operate more efficiently and prevents excess heat from building up beneath the house. Unfortunately, the HVAC technician’s schedule didn’t allow the work to be completed until after your departure. Regarding the windows, the first floor was intentionally designed without window coverings to maximize the beautiful views and natural light. The lower level is primarily an entry and common area and is not intended to be used as a sleeping space, which is why early morning light had not previously been considered an issue. That said, I truly appreciate your perspective and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience.
