Located directly on Lake Louise featuring incredible views. This salt water fed lake is great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and boating. The waterway provides immediate access to the Manasquan River and Atlantic Ocean! Backyard oasis provides the rare opportunity to be on the water and just steps from the beach.

Fantastic location within walking distance to over 25 restaurants and bars. Once you arrive, you will never need to get back in your car. The boardwalk offers amusement rides, an aquarium, weekly fireworks in summer, concession stands and more. Fishing, boating, kayaking and parasailing trips can be arranged one block from the house.

Magnificent and luxury new construction home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with open floor plan and views from nearly every room in the house. Beautiful lakeside retreat

Hank was an excellent host from the booking to check out! I vacationed with my my husband, 80 year old parents, and 2 young adult sons. We all thoroughly enjoyed the serene water views this rental has to offer. It was truly a relaxing environment. (note-there are 2 sets of steep steps to take into account in case traveling with people who have trouble climbing stairs) The rental was very well equipped with paper products and cleaning products-much more than any other rental we have ever been to! And the host provided parking passes and beach passes which was amazing!! We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Hank for hosting my family! We had an amazing week and made some awesome memories!!

The perfect shore stay!

We loved this home so much And spend some amazing end of summer memories here. Hank was wonderful to communicate with. The view and waking up on the water was unreal, and you’re walking distance to great restaurants which we explored every night! My children absolutely loved the boardwalk and aquarium which is a 6 minute walk. It was the perfect getaway!

Lovely Stay

Property is very nice! Loved the view from the main bedroom, the house is well appointed, the location is close to the beach - everything we needed for a relaxing beach retreat. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect Gateway

We had an amazing stay. The home was welcoming, beautifully decorated and most importantly very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the boats. Great location to beach and boardwalk with three parking spots. Hank was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Family Reunion

First impression upon arriving was "YES". The property is professionally managed down to the detail. You open the door and it's everything you see in the pictures but more because it is open warm and incredibly functional for a small gathering. Rules are laid out in clear detail, easy peasy if you are neet, clean and attentive anyway. The nautical setting out back, especially on a moonlit night is stunning and calm. Like instant peacefulness. I feel like I found my place when I come to see my sisters. This reunion was our first gathering in 6 years. The property helped us execute this very special occasion in a very special way. Thank you Hank!

Best House in Point Pleasant

First, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Given our heightened sensitivity to fragrance we have to be extremely careful. Hank was very empathetic. So when we arrived the house was immaculate and he ensured the cleaning crews limited the use of fragrance filled cleaners, especially bleach. Then the house is well appointed and the view (sunsets) are amazing over Lake Louise. You are literally a block from the inlet and the most amazing fresh fish right around the corner...you can walk. Walk to Jenkinsons for the adults or a few blocks to the boardwalk (for the adults too;-). We returned because of a trip experience we had had with Hank in early June of this year. Again, amazing! Clean house. Safe neighborhood. Nice and cordial neighbors and without being in the chaos of traffic, you are literally about a block form all the fun. It was sincerely a 5-star and it feels like you are coming home. We also had the pleasure of a Swan family swimming by everyday...we saw them in June when their baby was tiny and this time he was all grown up! It was such a serene sight. Ohhhh yeah, we even cooked out and we were able to take our little boy, Asher, an American Cocker. He loves it there! thanks Hank! Again, AWESOME!

Back to our roots

We are originally from NJ and came up for our Nieces Wedding. We live in FL and truly miss the Boardwalk. This house was awesome and perfect for have two couples over for dinner (our best friends whom we haven't seen in years). We highly recommend this rental. In fact my Sister Rented a VRBO a couple blocks away and would Rent this on for their next upcoming trip. Thank you for sharing your home.

The Loon Lookout is located a block from the beach and boardwalk. It is walking distance to over 25 restaurants from fine dining to casual flip flop wearing outdoor waterfront eateries. Take a morning walk to see the Commercial fishing boats leave port out to sea or participate and take a half day fishing trip on a local party boat.

Kayak around Lake Louise or into the Manasquan River to see the rich life of the wetlands. Just steps to the east is one of the widest white sand beaches on the shore lines by the famous Point Pleasant boardwalk. For the more adventurous, board a boat just a block away to Parasail down the beach to get a birds eye view of the Jersey Shoreline.

The train station, located a half of a mile from the house is a great way to visit neighboring coastal towns like Asbury Park, Belmar, Ocean Grove, Red Bank, Spring Lake and more.
