Perfect

We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable from a sleeping, lounging, and cooking standpoint. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house on the channel - Breezy Point

This was a very nice house on the channel with kayaks and a canoe to get out on the lake. House was well appointed, clean and up to date. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great space for a family or two.

Great Getaway

The house was great. Having the use of a garage was fantastic and the layout allowed our family to spread out and have our own space when we wanted and come together in the cozy living room too. The deck was great (lots of spider webs though due to to the time of year) and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for our family (having 3 bathrooms was great!). The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to prep all our meals. The girls took the canoe out, we played bags on our rainy day, card games at the nice sized dinner table as well as enjoyed a few bonfires. Bonus was the PacMan video game in the basement! We also snuck in some fishing. It was a nice short walk to Dockside where there was live music on Friday and Saturday night. Loved how friendly the deer were in the yard as well! A great time was had by all!

Beautiful lake home

We loved everything about this wonderful home on the lake! Super clean, stocked, and spacious for our family. We spent so much time on the lake fishing and swimming and taking in the scenery and wildlife. Can’t wait to come back again!

Very up to date and just a real cozy feeling to it. Clean and homey. We all agreed to do this again. Loved the dock set up as we had a couple boats...the fishing was fantastic. Over all a 5+...Great vacation. Thanks Jay

Three Generations Family Vacation

Very accommodating for all. Enjoyed playing Corn hole and using the watercraft. Great location for golf. Lovely deck and screened porch. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, multiple TV’s, great laundry facility. Would recommend to others!

Fantastic stay!!!

I booked this stay for a girls weekend over 9+ months ago, and we had been so looking forward to it ever since. The property lived up to the hype & we had a great time. Absolutely beautiful place, location is fantastic, and had no issues getting ahold of the property manager as needed. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Beautiful home and setting

Great location and lovely home. We enjoyed the area and the owner was great. The multiple living areas made it easy for us to spread out. We enjoyed the deck, and the fire pit was an added bonus!

Excellent Vacation Home

Beautiful property that is clearly lovingly maintained. We loved our week staying here. Highly recommend this as it's close to everything in the Brainerd Lakes area.

Summer fun-2023

Our stay at this beautiful property was one of our best family gatherings ever! This home offers many different spaces for people to do their own thing or gather for meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Some of us golfed, others kayaked off the private dock and we enjoyed a run into Nisswa for a bit of shopping. Our grandson most enjoyed the wildlife that visited the neighborhood. Thanks, Frances and Steve, for sharing your home!

Relaxation at its finest

This home is beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of seating options both inside and outside of the home to accommodate our group. Frances easily accommodated our early check in request and was timely in her responses to any questions we had. In the evening we chose to spend our time in the extra large screened in patio but there is also a large fire pit. The home is located on a small channel but we didn’t find it to be overly busy and it was an easy kayak ride out to the lake. I would def. Recommend this property and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Fantastic!

Everything we hoped it would be for our Family weekend! The kids had a ball too- Lots for them to do! Comfy beds - Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms- This property truly had everything that we needed!

Wonderful home on Pequot Lake

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-tended home right on a canal off Pequot Lake. There was a dock at the back of the property from which the fishermen in our group could fish, and they caught several smaller walleyes, northerns and perch there.. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated, and it was filled with everything a family might want or need for a vacation at the Lake.. And the owner was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.. Although it took us awhile to figure out the TV controller, we were happy to see that the TV had many streaming Apps on it and that we could sign in to our Amazon Prime, Netflix, or Vudu accounts to watch our shows. It was also wonderful to discover that the house was within walking distance (.1/2 mile) from Breezy Point Marina, with its beach, pools, spa, restaurants, entertainment and boat rental facilities. The house itself sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We did not use the firepit (it is shared with a neighboring house) but it comes equipped with Adirondack chairs and firewood. The house also has a big stone fireplace, plus a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. If we had to nitpick, we might suggest that the outside deck furniture and screened-in porch area get a deep clean from time to time to remove cobwebs and moss, but we understand that this can't be done between every guest, and we were fine with the rustic nature of the outdoor spaces. All in all, our vacation was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We enjoyed a very lovely vacation up at Breezy Point in this house. The house is very large and comfortable. The large screened in porch and deck were fabulous! Frances was a helpful host. All the instructions and expectations were clear and well communicated.

Amazing family vacation

Lovely House

It is a beautiful home. Very quiet area. When we arrived we went downstairs and there was a beautiful Deer in the backyard. Later in the week she came back with fawns it was pretty neat to see. Our likes: Boat access on the property with a dock, fire pit, screened in porch, pacman game, lots of space and plenty of bathrooms for a group of 7, owners were responsive and very informative. There is also lots to do in the area. Nisswa and Crosslake are right down the road. Dislikes: unable to control the temp. Our bedroom upstairs was cool but our kids downstairs were very uncomfortable at night I would suggest bringing a fan, screened in porch had a tear in the door so we could be out at night but without the lights on due to bugs, check in time on website is 3 but text with check in instructions was 4 (owner did say 3 was fine). We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and this is definitely one of our top 4. Thanks for sharing your home with us we made some awesome memories. We could hear Elvis on the deck from Breezy point it's definitely a good spot!

Loved this cabin!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Loved having water access! We used the kayaks and canoe, tied our boat up and fished off the dock! Perfect set for our family!

Wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. House is clean, great size, neighborhood is pretty quiet and we loved it. Frances is great. Wonderful communication and this place is as advertised. Highly recommend

Cabin trip

We had the best week ever at this cabin. This was our 2nd year in a row coming and it was just as amazing as the 1st time!! Bonfires every night, huge backyard to play games in, and a private dock for your boat. We could not ask for more!

We have owned Easy Breez'n for over 15 years which we used it strictly ourselves and family. After a while we thought it would be nice to offer others the unique experience of Up North Minnesota.

Located on the channel allows for an easy access to Pelican Lake where you can partake in water sports, fish or just lounge and take in nature. A visit to Gooseberry Island is always fun, especially when the island goats make an appearance.

With the close proximity to Breezy Point Resort, you have the opportunity to use their public boat launch to launch your watercraft and cruise only a few minutes over to Easy Breez'n and dock your watercraft. Take in resort activities for every season ranging from golf, fishing and live music during the Summer months at the Marina. Interested in shopping for unique gifts? A short car ride to Nisswa is right up you alley. Like biking or hiking, look no further than the Paul Bunyan Trail. Access in the town of Pequot Lakes, a 10 minute drive from the cabin.
The Headwaters of the Mississippi is only a little over an hour car ride where you can kayak, canoe and visit the history center.
