New home, 100m from lift. Relax and enjoy this 4bdm Mountain Modern House.

This house is as close as it gets to being brand new. With an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everything you need for a perfect winter ski vacation is here. Located just 100 meters from the base of the hill, it offers a mountain escape while being close to the action.

Being a stand alone house, your vacation can truly be about family as you relax in your own hot tub (not pictured, it is located at the back of the property with unobstructed views of the ski hill).
The spacious kitchen allows for costs to be kept low, but if you don't feel like cooking, town is just a 15 minute walk down the peak to platzl path or 100 meters to the on hill restaurant.
Need the kids to go do something. The playground is 100 meters from the house.
Why rent an apartment with everyone falling over each other when you can have your own space and relax together.
This is a no parties, no smoking, no vaping property. We provide our house to people looking to enjoy the mountains and the outdoor lifestyle. Please book elsewhere if you wish to party.

The property and home was awesome. Better than the pics. The location was great. Very clean, like a high end hotel.Recommend it if your looking at it already. We were a group of 4 golfers and could easily have more people or multiple families. Thank you hosts!

Family Ski Vacation

Great house, exceptional location. Our family had the best time at “Base Camp”. We enjoyed full days of skiing and evenings in the hot tub. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday!

Myself, my wife, our two teenage kiddos and two of their friends stayed over AB teacher’s convention. The skiing was great, the location perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended.

Christmas family vacation

Our family is scattered around the globe. We came together for a week of skiing in Kimberley, over the Christmas holidays. House is within walking distance of lifts. 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. House was set up with everything we needed for a family get together. We loved our stay!

Family ski trip

The property was great. Well stocked.cozy comfy beds. A great location to the ski hill. An easy walk to the Northstar chair in skiboots. Great for kids. The hot tub after a day of skiing is great.

The owners are superb and make everything easy and seamless so you can just enjoy your vacation. Always responded immediately to any questions and were very accommodating. We will be back.

I can’t say enough about this house and the owner!

The home is gorgeous and the location is almost unbeatable. A well designed property to sleep and house a large group with wonderful public areas for everyone to mingle. The owners are very helpful and take great pride in their property. 10/10… can’t wait to go back next year!

Spring Ski Getaway

The property was 100% as listed. 3 minuite walk to the chairlift and restaurants. Great family hill and really welcoming accommodation. Awesome trip overall. Thanks guys, see ya next time!!

Excellent stay

This home suited our group of four adults perfectly, we each had our own room and plenty of space. The home was very clean on arrival and everything we needed was there - coffee supplies, cookware, utensils and glassware were all plentiful. Furniture and beds are comfortable, there's cable TV and streaming available as well. Bring a speaker though, if you want to play music.The ski hill is a quick (less than five minutes) walk out the back of the house.The owner was very easy to deal with and check-in was simple.I would recommend this place for a small group.

Family ski weekend

Lovely home - walking distance to the lifts at Kimberley Ski Resort. Very comfortable beds , lovely linens, clean and very well equipped. Tim was most helpful with our questions. We had a great time and the only thing our group missed was a table to sit around. The island is lovely but we felt just a bit crowded for eating. We would definitely like to come again.

Beautiful/Spacious

Seven adults on a golf trip and we had more than enough room. Amazing open kitchen/living space. Very clean and stocked with all the essentials and some extras. Laundry on site. Lots of useable outdoor space. No AC, but downstairs was very cool and upstairs temperature was manageable. Super easy check in/check out and great communication with the owners. Perfect spot for a large group!

Our First Time to Kimberley

Overall, a great property in an excellent location. The house is quiet, clean and we loved the fact that it included a hot tub. The host was excellent to work with and his pride in his property was very evident. We still missed having a kitchen table even though we knew this house did not have one. Using the island to eat etc. was not the same with a larger group. Perhaps some direction in how to leave your house (for example... do you want all garbage removed) would be helpful as different properties have different requirements. Also, direction in running the heating system would have been helpful as we never really figured out how to program our perfect temperature. We also didn't know how to run the espresso machine but I'm sure we are part of a minority on this one - all good :)

We had a wonderful stay at Tim and Jolene’s “Base Camp.” The home is beautiful—somehow even better than the photos—and everything was spotless and well maintained.We stayed as two families of four for a ski trip, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was great and is an easy walk to the main chair lift, even for little ones in ski boots. We also loved having the hot tub available after long days on the mountain. Tim was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. 10/10—we would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We are an outdoor family that love to travel. If we are not on the mountain skiing or mountain biking then we are looking to find cool places to hike or great food. When we are in Kimberley, the goal is to play hard and then relax.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We love our place and hope you will too. The reason we bought where we did, was it allowed us to access everything Kimberley has to offer whilst feeling like you are in the wilderness. The home isn't too big, but its location means you will most likely spend your time outdoors. Once you wrap up your day, the hot tub awaits and a modern interior to relax both upstairs and down. No need to worry about loud next door neighbours or cramped quarters. This place offers you the choice of eating in, or quickly being able to access the local amenities.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

If you want to be close to the hill then this is it. Far enough away that you don't hear the snow guns, or music playing at the beginning of the day, its distance from the lifts, allow for a quick and easy exit and still being able to be first on the hill. No need to worry about parking the car and where you are going to eat lunch, as all you have to do is walk back to the house!
With 4 bedrooms, two baths, no need to sleep on a pull out couch and be woken by the kids in the morning. The lock up means skis stay outside safely, and the beds are new and incredibly comfy.
Brand new washer and dryer allows for clean clothes when ever you want. The heated floors mean the place feels warm to the touch. The electric fire place allows easy starting warm air, while still providing a fire place feel. This place was built to enjoy an active get away.
