Oceanfront Perfection: Venice Beach FL, San Marco Unit 705 - Monthly Rental

Top floor unit with beautiful view of beach, ocean, and sunset from all windows. One king bed (BR1), one queen bed (BR2), and one twin bed (BR2) with an additional full sized Serta air mattress for lots of sleeping space. The Crow's Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grille is only 1/4 mile away for drinks and dinner. Bike and kayak rentals available here, as well. 1.5 miles to downtown Venice with shops and restaurants. Everything you need for the beach is here - chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a tent - just bring some sunscreen and spend the days relaxing and soaking up the rays! We have sand toys, noodles, and sand sifters, too, for those who are not content to just sit. And the fully stocked kitchen gives you the choice to eat in some nights and enjoy one of the many fabulous restaurants Venice has to offer on the others. All the essentials are provided, making it easy to make yourself at home here for a month or more.

Venice Beach Getaway

The condo is awesome with a great views and location. Very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a memorable vacation. We enjoyed walking into Venice as well as to the jetty and especially sitting on the beach every day. Highly recommend this as a vacation getaway. The owner is great to work with

Wonderful trip to Venice

We spent 3 weeks in Venice. The condo was very clean and well appointed. There is a small balcony with a great view of the beach. THe beach is steps away from the back of the building. Downtown Historic Venice is just over a mile away with restaurants and shops. Fairly easy walk that we made many timeS. Highly recommend.

I like leaving honest reviews because I feel people need to know before booking. We just left February 6th, 2026. The condo is very well equipped. Here are some things the condo has: many beach towels, 4 good beach chairs, some beach toys, beach umbrella, beach tent, towel clips, beach games, noodles, average snorkels and masks, a couple small floaties, a cooler, roll of paper towels, Kleenex, about 4 rolls of TP, prob 8 bath towels, kitchen towels, washer and dishwasher pods, spices, bath body soap, hand soap, binoculars, smart tv’s, games, books, dvds, puzzles, kerig and drip coffee maker, plenty of all dishes, etc. The beds are comfy and the couch average. You have a covered parking spot but it’s tricky to get into. We used a visitor spot mostly because we have a big truck. It’s nice being close to the elevator and we didn’t hear it. The only thing I missed was a washer and dryer. There is one down the hall that will run you about 5 a load. Appliances are updated and nice. Small but adequate kitchen. Cozy condo. Venice def caters to retirees and the beach is beautiful. Pool is heated. Residents are very friendly. We saw dolphins but too cold for manatees. TONS of shells on beach. Overall a nice condo with a great view. You can see sunset from condo. I appreciated the hose to rinse off after walking the beach. Unfortunately the polar vortex hit Florida while we were there but I bet the beach is amazing when it’s warm. Enjoy.

Venice Beach Condo

The condo was as advertised and was ideal for us (mid 60’s). Compared to other beach settings, this is a quieter and private location. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. We hope to return.

Sunsets, water, sand and comfort. What more do you need?

This property was wonderful. Very well equipped condo for lengthy stays. The beach is right outside your door. And if it’s a bit windy, the pool is lovely too! Downtown Venice is a short drive where there are numerous restaurants and cute shops. If you don’t want to drive, a short walk brings you to the jetty for a quick hot dog or burger, or for a more upscale meal The Crows Nest is also right there with all the food and drinks you could want. We had a great time and highly recommend Michelle and Steve’s condo. And Michelle was very helpful and quick with communication and questions we had.
