Fun in the Sun

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities were wonderful as well, we loved the new pool by the tiki bar!

Fantastic Property

This is a great place to stay; golf, tennis, fishing and a nice beach. What makes it exceptional is the responsiveness of the owner. She as extremely helpful.

A Quiet, Relaxing Villa

The villa was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Everyone we encountered on the property was very friendly. We especially liked the fact that there was 24/7 security at the gated entry. We were there for the beaches which were very convenient. We definitely recommend this villa and would stay there again.

Home away from home!

I seriously felt like this was MY apartment that I have lived in all my life. This was a very homey feeling space and I loved every minute of it. So close to the beach that we went EVERYDAY! (Sorry about all the sand on the floor!) I hope that I can book the same space again later this summer or fall!

Close to Beach

Property was clean and neat. Easy and prompt communication with owner. Close to the private beach. Also Enjoyed the large pool (there are 4 in Ocean Village) and tiki bar. Lots to do. Restaurants are close by 1-2 miles. Try the Pie Hole - AMAZING!

Cute Beach Stay

This unit was great! The proximity to the *practically private* beach was the best part for sure. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Adding an umbrella to the closet with beach items would be perfect. The restaurant on the property was good too, their brunch was delicious. I would recommend getting a rental car as most of the restaurants are not in walking distance. Overall, would recommend the condo and area.

Great stay!

We had a very nice time here....the condo was extremely clean and well organized with many extras included....towels, sheets, beach chairs and beach bags, etc. Upon checking in we had a small issue with the TV which was immediately taken care of by the owner, Jameli and the property manager Sharon. They were both very helpful and approachable. The beach and the pools were just divine! Would recommend.

Time away

This is our second time at this place, but the first time with this landlord and rental. We had a wonderful time. We golfed, played shuffle board, had beach time and pool time. The weather was wonderful. The landlord was great. There was a small problem and he was quick to reach out and resolve the issue. Highly recommend this place!

Minor adjustments

The one sink did not drain well and the tub/shower area could be a little cleaner,it looked like a little mildew. Everything else was just great. It would be nice if you had a Keurig coffee maker

They could have warned me about the construxction jackhammering on the side of the building for 10 days !!!!!!o

Nice Unit

This property was very clean and had everything we needed or wanted. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella were available but we had brought our own. There were lots of bath towels and sheets available for our use as well. The check in process was very easy and the owner gave very clear directions of where the property is and how to use the lock to get into the unit. It was an easy 3 to 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach. I was looking forward to using the pool and the tiki bar but they were under construction and I did not know this ahead of time. It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator, but we managed to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The unit itself could use a little updating but was just fine.

A decent place…

This is my 2nd year staying here. It was not what it was last year…there was a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster last year and not this year…the rest of the condo was nice but the shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it and definitely needs to be replaced asap. And the keypad on the door didn’t work this year. It was a little bit of an inconvenience only having one key with 2 people staying in the condo. Overall it was a decent place to stay just needs to fix minor issues

Great place to stay. Kitchen had everything that was needed. Very well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Golf course right outside the balcony was very nice. Very nice location within walking distance to ocean. Numerous pools to choose from.
