Kristy and Mike have been providing property management services for luxury properties for the past 30 years. We fell in love with the Fruita area because of it's year round sunshine and abundance of outdoor activities. Our goal is to make your stay with us 5 stars!

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a 2 story to add to the privacy of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces south with a pergola which is great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.
