This traditional granite penty (a mineral also found in the ground-floor bedroom) is located in a charming, typically Breton hamlet called “KERORIOU.” Standing stones, a heritage feature, dot the property. The village of Trégunc is a 5-minute drive away. The Trégunc coastline, in the heart of southern Cornouaille, stretches for 23 kilometers, alternating between headlands, coves, and dunes. Together, they create stunning landscapes. The Trévignon headland is a particularly picturesque spot. At its very tip stands the Villa-Château, a sturdy 17th-century building with the air of a Scottish fortress. The small fishing port sees its fleet return every day, followed by a direct sale around 5 p.m. The Trévignon dunes and ponds, a site protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral, are home to a wealth of rare flora and birdlife. The dune ridge actually stretches six kilometers between the Trévignon headland and the Jument headland, separating seven ponds from the sea. The protected area covers 300 hectares.
