Property clean and nicely decorated. Easy entry, however front door did hang slightly when opening. Definitely need a vehicle that can drive up steep heels to access as it is on the side of the mountain. Price reasonable for all things considered. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Updated place with a few fixes needed. Floor had planks loose, no window coverings for the ones facing the back side, front door sticks at the top (hard to open at times). Everything worked as far as appliances, shower/sinks, toilet, AC/heat.Stayed there mainly for the ponds close by, so no great views other than the road loading to it. A lot of shrub type plants out front obstruct any view as well but it’s for privacy purposes. Great location though! Right in between gatlinburg and pigeon forge.

Location is perfect for both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, great communication from staff, the only downside was the back door wouldn’t stay shut unless you latch the top lock.. other than that no complaints. Great get away spot!

The cabin was pet-friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. It was generally clean upon arrival, aside from some cobwebs and occasional dust in a few areas. Overall, the initial impression was pleasant.There were several maintenance and comfort issues. The pull-out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable; sleeping on the couch itself would have been better. The other mattresses weren’t exactly cloud-like but were manageable, and the sheets were very thin. The middle bedroom had a curtain rod but no curtains, offering little privacy. Its TV also couldn’t be used due to a missing charging block.A strong sewage-like odor came and went, especially when first turning on the water, and was consistently noticeable when using the washer. Some vinyl plank flooring was coming up, a toilet seat was nearly detached from its hinges, and several bulbs around the outdoor fire pit weren’t working. The main entry door was difficult to open, and the master bedroom deadbolt was hard to latch.On the positive side, the cabin had basic cooking essentials, Dawn dish soap, hand soaps, one dishwasher detergent packet, two laundry detergent packets, and plenty of towels. The hot tub was clean, enjoyable, and worked properly throughout our stay, which we really appreciated after long days out exploring.Overall, the cabin had some nice features, but the maintenance issues and attention to detail could use improvement. Addressing these concerns would make future stays much more comfortable.

Check-in was easy, but we were greeted with a musty odor upon entry. There were maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (blown light bulbs, insufficient shower curtain, broken/missing bathroom tile, broken cabinet handles, unpleasant hot tub odor), along with custodial issues that left a poor impression (wet towels in the washer, unacceptable presentation and application of bed/bath linens, misplaced furniture, pancake pillows, items left by the cleaning crew).

Loved the cabin. The bed was a little hard to get into but still liked it.

Good cabin just hated the view of the construction company in front of us. Also had a little trouble with the construction people but overall had a good trip.

It was an amazing cabin and the location was great we loved the Chevy truck bed the that mattress is got to go time for a new one other than that we would definitely book again and whenever we needed something they always answered back great service❤️

Smoky Mountains

Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg are fun places to visit. Entertaining for the whole family Rental was close to all attractions. There is no phone reception at the property so make sure you have all necessary check in information before getting close to the property. Make sure you ask any questions before staff leave for the day

Very rustic

Close to pigeon forge but not what pictures portray. Ants in cabin, fan in room did not work, ramp boards lose, branch hanging over driveway, AC did not work well and the pull out couch was not suitable for sleeping. Would not recommend!

Good

It was a good stay. Alittle ran down but that does happen with age. Had a great time in the hot tub. The truck bed is cool but its a little bit of a high bed hard to get into. It does need a little work, But it was a nice stay for what was needed.

The cabin was cozy and clean. The decor added a nice touch. Furniture well kept and comfortable. Kitchen stocked but pots and pans were worn. The location was amazing. Located between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge off the parkway. Narrow winding road to up to cabin. The host graciously allowed my 1 dog who is old and over 40 lbs much appreciated! The spot was prime. Flat and across from pond. I would have given five stars but light bulbs were out in the bedrooms. The sheets could be updated as they looked old. The master bedroom is a nice size however the bed is small for 2 hubs is 6’2. There was a faint sewage smell from bathroom that was noticeable by day 3 reported it to office and not one came out. The shower was amazing but floor gets soaked. This is a perfect cabin for small family like 3. I would recommend staying.

Duck pond Mancave

The cabinet self was just as the picture showed. It was very cute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that its location was across from a maintenance yard… So if you were looking for Mountain View’s, this is not the place for you. We loved the fire pit area complete with Edison bulb lights and the hot tub. The cabin was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The location was absolutely perfect as far as drive time between pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. We would definitely recommend to a family with kids.

Man cave

The stay was great for the most part. The problem is out of state carriers do not have signal in that area so it would've been good to know that.The property was excellent minus the carpenter bees at front door. Management was responsive but not great follow through washer did not work at all and said someone would be there no one showed all and all still very good stay. Will go back next time if open

Very nice

The property was nicely cared for but the pictures didn't show the lumbar/junkyard in the front of it. Kind of a catfish situation. The cabin itself was so cute! The only thing i would recomend is getting air fresheners. It has a strong musty smell. I had to go buy a candle to try to deal with it. Overall it was a good stay for sure!!!

Man cave cabin

Everything was good except for the floor. The floor was not cleaned. We had to have our shoes on the whole time or our feet would be black. Within 10 minutes after arriving to the cabin on the first day our feet were black from walking around.

Not worth it

Filthy. Small beds. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty high and queen size. I’m 5’4” and I had a hard time climbing up the bed every night lol. Dust everywhere, floor was dirty and needs repair because it was coming apart same as one of the chairs. Mold in the curtain shower. Location was great. Hot tub was nice and it was working to my surprise! I would not use this cabin again.
