On the edge of the forest in Vouneuil-sur-Vienne, its central location allows you to explore both nearby tourist attractions in the Vienne region and cities such as Tours (less than 1 hour away), La Rochelle (1 hour and 30 minutes away), or Bordeaux (just over 2 hours away).
Accommodation
A modern 220 m² villa on a 4,000 m² lot with a pool. The property also includes a 1-hectare pasture with sheep adjacent to the house’s lot.

On the first floor of the house:

- A large living room/family room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, Thermomix, and a bean-to-cup coffee maker. The living room sofa is a sofa bed.

Upstairs, a mezzanine serving as a game room (board games are available) leading to:
