Vores dejlige Chatham hjem har katedral lofter i stue / køkken / alrum, med nautiske accenter hele vejen igennem. Det har to soveværelser, 4 badeværelser og en udendørs bruser. Køkkenet er blevet fuldstændig opdateret, med smukke hvide shaker træ kabinetter, rustfrit stål apparater, bygget i vinkøler, metro fliser og smukke hvide granit bordplader. Alle badeværelse forfængelighed har været redone med smukke hvide shaker træ kabinetter. Huset er blevet nymalet, inde og ude. Dette hjem er i slutningen af ​​en stille vej, beliggende i bevaring land. Vi er gåafstand til mange butikker, restauranter og markeder. Vores hjem har et færdigt arbejdsnedlæggelse kælder med professionel størrelse poolbord, spillerum, opholdsområde med fladskærms-tv, (god plads til en regnfuld eftermiddag). We had a great time! Property as advertised with lots of activities for kids like foosball and air hockey and a huge deck and yard for hanging out. Host was very responsive for any questions we had. Overall great spot to start all your Chatham activities!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Lois was helpful and checked on us during our stay. She has the house well stocked and beds were comfortable. You can tell by the pictures that bedrooms are carpeted and showing wear, but normal for a rental. We certainly loved our stay in Camden! Downtown is a couple miles away. Best to ride bikes or drive.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home for our family reunion in Chatham! Having grown up spending summers here, it was so special to return and be in such a beautiful, well-kept house that fit our group perfectly. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to town, restaurants, and everything we love about the area.Lois was incredibly communicative from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.The house was exactly what we were hoping for to host our family. We had an excellent time staying here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re back in Chatham.

Great Property! Great Location! Great Host!

The property was tuck away at the end of a cul de sac, so if you love privacy - you'll love this property. Very clean and with all the amenities you need as though you were at home. The property owner, Lois was great with communicating with us and checked in a few times. If you are a family with little kids, like us (8yr & 6yr), there's plenty of games to keep them busy. Also great location to downtown Chatham and just mins away from Hardings beach.

The house was wonderful, clean and just as stated. Communication with Lois was great. It was definitely a 5 star experience. It comfortably fit my whole family of 8 plus my father in law in apartment over the garage. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation week ending with our daughter getting married at a local venue. Would highly recommend this home and we do plan on returning. Thank you Lois.

Very Fun Chatham Home

The house is very well maintained with pretty grounds in a great location relative to town. It's on the end of a cul-de-sac which is perfect for a family. The kids loved the game room, and we wished we had more time to enjoy the deck and fire pit area. The landscaping is done very well in Cape Cod style and there is enough grass area for the kids to play. The house was loaded with stuff to use while we were there too, beach chairs, umbrellas, sports equipment, balls, etc. The host was communicative. Would stay back here in a heartbeat!

Awesome Cape vacation!

Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful time in Chatham. The house was very clean, stocked well and served all our needs. It was in a nice location and walkable or a short drive to most places. Lois, the host, was very nice to deal with as well. We would recommend Chatham Breeze!

Great outdoor spaces

Nicely landscaped property, abutting conservation land. Great bird watching. Large, well-furnished deck and fire pit area. Kitchen was nicely outfitted and the host stocked the pantry and bathrooms with all the essentials. We had a great stay - perfect for a family.

Fantastic Chatham House

We had a wonderful long weekend in Chatham and Lois’ property was the perfect home base. Accommodations were spacious and clean and everyone was very comfortable in their respective rooms. Lois also provided toys of all varieties for our children to play with. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Stay

My family just returned from a two-week stay at this property. The house is well stocked, clean and updated. The back deck is a joy for morning coffee, meals or just relaxing. We will book it next Summer

Fantastic Stay

Clean and comfortable

This is a beautiful home. The beds are all very comfortable; the whole house very clean and the property beautiful and quiet. My son loved the pool table. I enjoyed the peaceful backyard and the sound of birds in the morning.

Loved it!

We had such a lovely time! The property is fantastic. It is tucked away at the end of a road, perfect for people who like quiet and privacy.The backyard is lovely with a large table and grill for eating/hosting, a nice lawn that our kids loved playing in and a cozy fire pit nestled in the back.The home is stocked with games, activities, bicycles and some beach gear.The bonus / additional space above the garage suited our family needs perfectly! Grandma and grandpa joined us for most of our trip and had their own space.During our stay our hostess Lois was welcoming, responsive, and very kind. We won’t hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to Chatham.

Perfect stay I Chatham

I visited Chatham (and Cape Cod) for the first time with three girlfriends. Lois‘s house was absolutely perfect! The location is great, the house is close enough to town but far enough away to really feel the tranquility and peace of this charming town. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped. Lois was wonderful, she checked in and answered any question we may have had. There is nothing I would change. Thank you so much!

Nice house close to chatham center

The house is nice and very well equiped. The owner is nice and responsive. 2 cons: i believe the water pipes should be checked: in the master bathroom, the water from the bathtub was yellowish when i was bathing my 2y old. Also if you take a shower upstairs, it makes a big amount of noise downstairs. check out policy is too strict

Lovely houses, thoughtful hostess

This house is every bit as handsome as its photos, and quiet because of the conservation property behind it — also sufficiently dark at night you can see stars! Lois is an incredibly thoughtful host, including not merely the full kitchen, bicycles, and beach chairs and toys, but also coffee for the machine, ice in the freezer, and a wine bottle in the wine cooler. It was also a great house for little ones, who loved charging down the downstairs hall and playing in the open living room/ great room. And everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. Highly recommend

Our first trip to Chatham

Host was very responsive, via text, when needed. Location was great at the end of a cul-de-sac. Within a few minutes of downtown Chatham. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything anyone would need. Large, double fridge was handy. Great back porch with plenty of seating. Loved the King table (with umbrella) which seats 8 people (great for our party of 7). Downstairs room with the pool table was a hit with our adult children. Well stocked house with garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Loved that the back yard was up against a natural,conservatory. Full of wildlife and singing birds.

Labor Day Weekend in Chatham

My family enjoyed a wonderful, Labor Day weekend in Chatham this year. As long-time Chatham renters we have stayed in many upscale properties on the water. For this trip (arranged at the last minute), we wanted a home closer to town that was well equipped so we could travel light. And Chatham Breeze had something for everyone. My 90 year old dad enjoyed the pool table, my sons loved the variety of "boys toys", I loved the cleanliness and comfy furnishings and my husband enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. It looked even nicer that the pictures suggested. The home is immaculate with lovely artwork, linens and bedding. The homeowners are understandably proud of the home and keep careful watch over it- this is not a party house or a place for singles. For families, friends or couples however, it has everything you need for a wonderful Cape Cod experience. And Chatham is the place to best enjoy the Cape and all its beauty. The home affords lots of privacy with few visible neighbors and a yard blooming with hydrangeas and abutting conservation land. It's great for nature watching and there is always a lovely breeze. Great outdoor shower and lots of places to sit with a book inside and out. There is an apartment over the garage that the owners use from time to time. For those who feel that reduces their private use of the home, it would be good to check on the plans for the apartment. The bedrooms were all spacious and very well furnished. Although we did not need the AC, it would be appreciated in July and August. For those who love organization, this house will give you a moment of Zen. All cabinets have inventory lists and you'll find a well stocked library of DVD's and CD's all arranged neatly under the television. Aside from a microwave oven, I think we found just about everything a cook would want for entertaining at home. The owners are very responsive and truly want their guests to have a wonderful visit on the Cape. If something is missing, they will provide it. We give the house an enthusiastic thumbs up. Chatham Breeze provided a great combination of comfort, indoor activities, convenience to all our favorite merchants and quick access to the best of Chatham's beaches and nightlife. Thanks for letting us share your home.

Dreams Come True

Everything about this well appointed house makes it an ideal Cape Cod experience for quiet, clean, and spacious days right near beaches and shops. We are already booked for next summer.

Incredible property - perfect for families and couples. This is our families vacation home that we are so excited to open up to you! It has everything you could want to have the perfect vacation including: - Inside: Fully stocked, clean as can be with stunning nautical decor throughout - Outside: Large new mahogany deck with couch area, lounge chairs, dining table for ten, Weber grill, yard, fire pit and basketball hoop & cornhole - Finished basement: Couch, Flat screen smart TV, professional size pool table, foosball, card table, assortment of board games for all ages, beautiful full size travertine bathroom, walk out glass door slider to back yard and outdoor shower - Garage: Beach chairs, boogy boards, beach games, basketball and air hockey table. Prime location - Walking distance or a quick bike/car ride to downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond, Lighthouse Beach, many restaurants, shops, and markets, are right around the corner.
