Great open floor plan with new furniture and completely renovated. Large open space with lots of natural light close to retail services and steps from the beach. There is a porch with out door seating, a charcoal grill in the back of the property and an outdoor shower. Perfect for family beach vacations.

We have multiple units available for short term rental in 10 East Greensboro street. Please see our other listings as well. You can book all units for a large groups and everyone can have their own private space in the same building. Great Stay at Seaside Paradise

Excellent location close to Johnny Mercer Pier. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and greatly enjoyed our stay. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice vacation spot

Very nice vacation spot very close to the beach and the fishing pier. This ground floor unit was conveniently located and accessible with an outdoor shower just off the kitchen/back door. A few things were off about the unit - internet was pretty abysmal - don’t expect to do any working/videoconferencing or online gaming - then again, it’s a beach/vacation spot so try to unplug! We found at the last minute the dryer was not functioning which made wet towels a pain to deal with - something that might be fixed for the next renter, but we were out of luck. In the kitchen, bring a knife, cutting board, washcloth, and other odds and ends - there was only a single dish towel and limited assortment of utensils. Appliances are new and functional . Only saw/squished one roach, but it’s ground floor, it’s moist, it’s summer - bugs happen. The place was clean (filters needed replacing), convenient, and pleasantly eccentric - mattresses are definitely on the firm side (pack an eggshell foam topper if you need something more forgiving than extra firm).

Gabriel, Thank you for the review and the stay. Yes we apologize about the dryer. It is brand new but wet sandy towels in a short period can run havoc on a motor. We have had trouble getting getting the replacement part because of Covid. But it is ordered. The bugs yes they are there at times. We live at the beach so there are constant waterbugs. We spray constantly but it is a never ending battle. As far as the internet and mattresses noted recommendations and I will discuss with he owners for corrections. We hope you did enjoy your stay and will come back and stay with us again.

Wonderful weekend

Very nice and comfortable. Clean and a good location everything was a good walking distance away. Delightful and wonderful experience. Would totally come back again.

Perfect spot for friends to gather

The listing was just as advertised. Literally right by the beach. So clean and newly refurbished. Nice outdoor seating area in front and back. Would like to have recycling available and shelving in bathroom for toiletries but others than that-perfect!

Cute cottage feel

Very nice! My family loved staying here. It’s just a minute from the pier and shops and only footsteps from the ocean. Very clean and modern. My husband was so happy when he found out we had a washer and dryer in the unit,‘as well as an outside shower. Will definitely stay here again if they’ll have us! :)

Great Location

Property was very clean. Great location for walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Would like more kitchen amenities to be able to prepare meals. Otherwise very nice.

Girls Vacay

Three of us arrived on a Friday afternoon and the location was perfect for us. Plenty of space, very clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a nice outdoor seating area. It has a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, it would be helpful to mention that under property amenities. I brought ground coffee and couldn't use it. You can walk to The Palm Room and listen to live music and the Shark Bar Kitchen right beside The Palm Room serves great tacos. We all agreed that we would stay there again. Thank you Maxx!

Best place to stay in Wrightsville Beach!

Seaside Paradise is the only place I'll be staying in Wrightsville Beach from now on! Maxx was so accommodating during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and that check-in/check-out was a breeze. The condo was very clean, updated, and had all the essentials we needed during our stay. The location was perfect since the beach access is right by the condo, and it was convenient that beach towels were provided! I'll definitely be staying at Seaside Paradise again!

Perfect location

Couldn't have been a better spot. I was surprised at how new everything seemed. Make sure you bring a sheet for a KING bed haha.

The stay was never confirmed or

The reservation/stay was never completed although the full payment was deducted the actual stay was never processed therefore I didn’t stay. The host actually stated another guest was confirmed and process for the same days and times. And their monies were deducted for the stay as well. The host and you all were in process of refunding the complete stay. The experience was very distressing and disappointing as my monies were removed and I was unable to use it for any other reservation and inaccessible as the case was being reviewed.

Anit, I apologize for the inconvenience to you in regards to booking confusion. As mentioned on the phone to you I don't even know how you ere able to book as it was reserved by Airbnb guest. I did call you immediate to discuss and Offred to move your days from one week to another or a couple of days during the same week. I also refunded your monies immediately and called VRBO to confirm. The double booking was odd and we don not want to cause distress. We would welcome having you again if you would like to stay with us.

Great stay

Condo is cute, stylish and clean. The location is excellent, we were able to easily get down to the beach and to the pier with our young daughter. Check and out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

A Little Disappointed

There was no hairdryer, the kitchen was poorly supplied for a group, some kind of waterbugs or roaches were in the kitchen closet. I have stayed in VRBO for years. To be honest, we were disappointed. There are 0 shelves or vanity in the bathroom for towels or supplies. No mirror in the second bedroom.

Hi Carol, I just left you a message to discuss further. We apologize that you wee not happy with your stay. Regarding the hair dryer we had communication and I didn't hear back form you so I assumed that you found it. If not I would have brought one to you from another unit. As far as the kitchen goes please let us know what you feel is needed and I will discuss with the owner as well as the shelves and the mirror. It is a small space of 900 sq. feet so we are limited on space but happy to add if we can. Also we are one of the few locations that offer a 2 night minimum. So for such short stays our guests have been satisfied with the accommodation's. We have taken note and will adjust. Thank you.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect amount of space for my partner and I to comfortably stay for a few days. Everything was just as listed and the host could not have been more helpful and easy to communicate with. We interacted with the host, owner, and property manager while staying and all interactions were helpful and pleasant. Everything was updated and clean. Perfect distance from the beach and all other hotspots on Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely be back!

Great home away from home

We needed a place to stay when my son was buying his first home and he had an issue with his settlement. We needed to find a quick home option for us till things got worked out. This place was perfect, the realtor & property manager could not have been nicer or more accommodating! It’s a little difficult with the younger crowd partying but being on first floor, having our dogs & family under one roof during that stressful time made it all worth it! Thank you Marcelo & Cameron!
