Nice clean condo. The 2nd floor is great. The primary bedroom needs a new mattress but it worked. The parking situation is not good because of no overflow parking. We had to park one of our vehicles 6 miles away.

Great location and beautiful view. The condo was spacious and accommodated our group. Furniture/decor was outdated but in decent shape. Being on the second floor, the noise level, especially in the mornings was loud with the leaf blowers and food delivery trucks to Schooners starting around 7:30am making it difficult to sleep late.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the spacious room. The view was wonderful. Really enjoyed the wrap around balcony. Saw the dolphins every day.

The the place was dirty. The floors are not getting cleaned properly as my grandson’s feet were black. The walls have spill marks all over them, there is so much dust on everything. There were Cheetos in the little fire place, hair in the freezer and the balcony was dirty and wasn’t clean.

Awesome Trip

Seychelles is a great resort.The only negative is a security guy in the evenings named Trevan.He walks around acting like the FBI and chooses who he wants to target for the evening.He needs some training in customer service.

Family Vaca

Overall we loved our stay here and would stay again! The parking situation wasn’t the best. We had a parking pass and 2 nights in a row after returning from an afternoon out we couldn’t find any parking in the garage. The walk to the beach was short and nice! The room had plenty of space for our group to spread out and have their own space. Being next door to Schooners was a plus, we could just walk over for supper if we didn’t feel like going out. We would absolutely stay again!

Love this location!

The location of this unit is exactly what I was looking for. It is Near all the restaurants and activities that my family enjoys. I like being on the “quiet” end of PCB! Also, being on the second floor was the best. The unit is stocked with all the needed cooking utensils, pots and pans but I had to go buy a griddle to cook breakfast because the skillet was too small. I did leave that in the kitchen for others to use as well, my treat! Great place to stay with kids and I can’t wait to visit again.

Great condo, bad bed

This condo had everything we needed and was almost great. The worst part is the master bed. The mattress is awful and cups on one side so bad it’s like sleeping in a hammock. We bought a topper just to be able to sleep. The mattress looks very old.

Great Condo that could use a little love

The location of this condo is top notch! The huge balcony and being on the 2nd floor felt like you were on the beach. I literally could have reached out and touched the roof of Schooners, so it was fun being in the action. The condo was very well stocked with all kitchen utensils, and the layout is great. The furniture has seen better days and could use a refresh. The primary bedroom mattress is a little lumpy, but still slept great. Real Joy management was the best! The communication from start to finish was the best we've ever had. I would stay at any of their properties again without hesitation. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again.

Location was away from all the hustle and bustle.

3 bedroom condo was great, minus the beds were a little uncomfortable for us older people (59-83). We had everything we needed in this condo and it was clean. Location was great for bypassing the downtown traffic.

Just amazing.

The condo was amazing. Looked just like the photos. And the condo was ready earlier so we were able to get in and start to enjoying our time there. Will be renting again soon.

Had a great time!!

Great location and family friendly! Rooms were great size and loved listening to the ocean waves! Reconstruction was being done on the beach but we were able to enjoy ourselves. Some of the sink fixtures were loose and need updating but everything worked well.
