Our 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom picturesque property boasts two separate and stunning living spaces.
The main 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is an airy modern Hawaiian style ranch home, consisting of an open floor plan, AC/Heat, floor to ceiling windows, skylights and wooden oak hardwood floorboards. The modern style farmhouse covered porch offers a swing with expanse views and the landscaped surrounding vineyards. Bringing your own car is best and we have ample parking on the property but Uber and Lyft are available as are chartered buses for winery tours.
The pool can be heated at a cost of $200 per night's stay (at a minimum of 3 nights) to heat to 85 degrees otherwise it normally runs between 65-70 degrees. It is definitely recommended outside of summer months if you are wanting to use the pool. Guests have access to the entire 6 acres of property including the creek that runs through the property, hot tub, heated pool, separate cottage, trampoline, bocce and fields.
For surfers, beaches are a 20 minute drive to some of the most spectacular coastline and surfing beaches, as well as best fishing spots, local seafood and also, water sports. There is no end of things to do in our special part of the world and wine country.
