Labor Day Week

The condo was as it is shown in pictures. We all felt very comfortable there. The beach was nice, not weedy.

Great Views and a Comfortable stay
Great clean condo and the beds were very comfortable. Fireplace wouldn't start the first night we were there, but maintenance came in, replaced a part, and fixed it very quickly the next morning. Everyone enjoyed their stay, Thanks for an enjoyable visit.

Power Cruise Weekend @ Gull Lake
My friends and I used this condo to stay at while we spent our days at BIR. Everything was as described! We loved the space, and location. The views are amazing, we would plan to stay again next year.

Very clean and wonderful amenities. The grill and fire pit areas are great!
We plan to return. Easy and comfortable place for us and our adult kids. We used the grill and fire pit areas and love the ease of use. The units were clean and comfortable!

Sister Weekend
We celebrated 2 sister’s birthdays at this Gull Lake condo. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked well, the fireplace was lovely, and the view of the lake was pretty. Having 6 adults with only 3 comfy places to sit was a bummer though.

A lovely place
Stayed in a very cold January 2025 for a wedding in Nisswa. Did not take advantage of beach and outdoor things but we did enjoy the cozy fireplace upon returning from the wedding

Fun, friends and campfires!
Clean, spacious property easily accessible to campfires and beach combing among picturesque sunsets and walks among colorful changing of fall leaves. What’s not to like?!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
