The "Over the Rainbow" villa is a beautiful 160-square-meter wooden house with a private, heated, and secure 9x4-meter pool (open from April through October).
The house is in a quiet area but is extremely well-located near the various must-see tourist attractions in the surrounding area (Arcachon Bay, Cap Ferret, the ocean, and the Médoc vineyards).
Thanks to the many amenities, a large 1,500 m² lot, and a particularly pleasant terrace, we’re certain you’ll have a most enjoyable stay!

- a master suite (with a large walk-in closet) featuring a 180cm bed and a curved-screen smart TV;
- a bedroom with a 180cm bed;
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed;
- a bathroom (master suite);
- a shower room (accessible from both ground-floor bedrooms);
- 2 restrooms;
- 1 loft bedroom (160cm bed) featuring a home office area (desk and 24" HDMI monitor)
- a laundry room with a full-size refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

Just 300m from the house, the bike path will take you to Lacanau and its lake (12km).
Guest access
Two vehicles can park on the property (secured by an electric gate).
One additional vehicle can be parked outside the property, in front of the gate.
