The estate is located in the Périgord Blanc and consists of two adjoining cottages that can be connected: a house and a magnificent Périgord-style charterhouse set in a large, enclosed 2-hectare park with a 12×5-meter pool

You’ll be in the heart of the stunning Dordogne Valley and its castles, 25 km from Périgueux and 100 km from Bordeaux.

The first cottage, which sleeps 10, features two large family bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 2 single beds), each with its own bathroom featuring a bathtub and toilet, as well as a sofa bed on the mezzanine.

The second cottage (a former hotel) for 15 people has 8 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring a bathtub or shower and a toilet.

Both cottages have access to a shared swimming pool, a large garden, and an inner courtyard surrounding the buildings.

The property features its own parking lot, entrance, large private fenced-in garden with a 5x12-meter pool, a game area with darts and foosball, a soccer field, and a large lounge with a bar.

The entire property (both vacation rentals) is rented as a single unit.

We are located 1.5 km from the center of Neuvic-sur-l’Isle, just off the national highway. A supermarket is also nearby.
One hour from the famous Lascaux Caves. There are also plenty of sports activities and numerous gardens, museums, and castles in the Périgord to visit.
