A magical and attractive place located 25 minutes from the 24-hour circuit of Le Mans, 18 minutes from the zoo of La Fleche, 10 minutes from the castle of Lude and 5 minutes from the lake/beach/swing golf 18 holes of the Mansigne leisure center, the Moulin de Crampaux is a country, picturesque and authentic site of the Loir Valley.

Ideal for large groups, it is composed of 2 individual accommodations of 15 beds each, i.e. 30 beds in total. They are located on a large wooded and green plot of land of an old water mill with its stream and waterfalls secured by a wire fence for the protection of children. However, young children must remain under the supervision of an adult at all times.

An integral part of the Loire Valley with its castles, wine estates, museums, numerous tourist and archaeological sites as well as hundreds of kilometres of forest trails, starting from the property and in the magnificent Bercé national forest located only 15 minutes away by car.

Bedding is provided and beds are made on arrival. Heating, exit cleaning fees, tables, chairs, crockery, kitchen utensils and barbecues are included in the rental price.

The main house of about 250 m2 on one floor is composed of 5 private bedrooms, 1 large mezzanine with 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, 1 fitted kitchen, 1 scullery, 1 very large living room, 1 lounge area, 1 entrance hall with stairwell and 1 large tiled terrace with garden furniture and forest tables for outdoor dining.
The house-apartment is composed of 2 dormitory bedrooms and a private bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 large living room and 1 fitted kitchen as well as tables and chairs on the terrace.

A basketball net and a tennis court are available as well as a large green area for leisure activities. Hiking trails directly from the property.
Possibility to fish on the property on request.

The village of Mansigné, whose ownership depends on it, is only 5 minutes away. It is renowned for its large lake with beach, 18-hole swing golf course and multiple attractions as well as its swimming pool. You can find 2 grocery store/bread depot, 1 bookshop/tobacconist, 1 bakery, 1 butcher/delicatessen and 1 restaurant.
