ScottsdaleStays Verde Estate 8BDRM Million+ Resort Home-Pool-Theater.

Hi Michael, Thank you for the great review and for staying with ScottsdaleStays. We’re glad the estate worked perfectly for your group and that everyone had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoor spaces. These homes are specifically designed for larger groups who want privacy, entertainment, and resort-style amenities all in one place. It’s always amazing to guests that they can stay in a multimillion-dollar private estate with expansive indoor and outdoor living areas for about the same nightly cost as a single nice 300-square-foot resort hotel room in this area. We also take pride in providing responsive local support during every stay. Many guests are surprised that our on-the-ground service staff is often more accessible and responsive than what they experience at large resort hotels. We appreciate your stay and would love to host your group again in the future. ScottsdaleStays

So nice dealing with great guests that understand we are saving them thousands In accommodation costs offering a 6 bedroom house for the same nightly rate as a hotel room in this very expensive and coveted area of Scottsdale where the average house price well over a million dollars. Loved hosting you and would love to have you back. Remember the special discount you can get as a returning guest. Scottsdalestays

We appreciate the note on the kitchen as well — feedback like that helps us continue to improve for future guests, and we’re always happy to provide or add items when requested. We’re glad you were able to make it work and have a great stay overall. So glad you liked the food and golf. The house was definitely cleaned before your stay. As you only paid for a basic clean but were offered the deep cleaning for "clean freaks" for only $95 but never responded back to us and even tough you got a million dollar estate for less than $300/night we are one of the only owners that have service staff like a resort hotel (that would have been $3,000/night) But you never called once during your 8 day stay? Happens a lot with cheap stays for some reason. Remember that for next time.....even if it's another incredibly cheap stay with full time service staff.

Thanks for the nice review. Yes we have 2 full time handymen on staff that were never called once during your stay? The whole property has been completely renovated and valued over 1.2 million dollars…..there isn’t a single thing we can change and by owning 30 million dollars of homes in the area, we are well aware of our options. It’s simple bewildering what goes through the minds of our guests staying in our cheapest homes. Most of our successful guests are estatic getting a three thousand foot private home with amazing amenities for a lower nightly rate than a 200’ hotel room in the area. Some guests are never happy with any aspect of anything.

Noah, thanks so much for another 5 star review. So glad you guys had such a 10/10 experience. Please join us again at any of the 14 various estates we own and operate in the area. Robin & Natasha-Scottsdale Stays

Thanks for the lovely review. Homes are always being remodeled and renovated and better than 95% of homes across the country but can always use improvements. But ironically your very large group rented a 1.2 million dollar home for less nightly than a 200’ hotel room at The Westin down the street for your dates and failed to see the value?

Thank you for the 10/10 review, Dana — we’re so glad your family had such a great time! This home is designed with exactly that in mind — giving everyone something to enjoy. It’s great to hear you made the most of the backyard, from the huge pool with waterfalls and hot tub to the putting green and billiards. Those shared moments are what these stays are all about. We appreciate you choosing ScottsdaleStays and would love to host your family again in the future — returning guests always receive special pricing incentives!
