Experience the "Bluffton State of Mind" in this beautiful & newly renovated Cottage in the heart of Old Town Bluffton shopping & dining district. The master bedroom and all bedrooms are on the main floor and no steps needed to get into the house or bedrooms from the front entrance. Our Cottage is truly located in the heart of Old Town, directly accross the street from the historic Heyward house, and with all the shopping, restaurant, parks, live music, and Mayriver within a block or 2 from the front door, our home is literally steps away from it all. The beautiful new Wright Family Park which is right on the water with shore access during low tide & fishing is just a 4 minute walk away. You can also enjoy beach access at any of the public Hilton Head beaches just a short drive to Hilton Head We are also happy to include with every booking the use of our brand new 4 seater Golf Cart with all bookings! Our home is a hidden gem in Bluffton & we are so happy and blessed to be able to share it with you!

Everyone in the party loved the property. Plenty of space for 7 adults, 2 dogs, 3 cars and a boat trailer. Cozy i. Quiet historic neighborhood and the golf cart was a nice addition.

Love this property in Bluffton! Such a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved riding around in the golf cart provided down to the dock to watch the sun set every night. Owners were great to work with.

Sweet Location

This house is in a great location. It has age on it, but it is charming. The market that occurs on Thursdays takes place right across the street, so it was nice to step out the front door and across the street for the market. My 80-year-old aunt left a quilt she used on her bed. The owners of the VRBO were so kind to send it to us. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay and Even Better Location!

Great stay in Bluffton! The location was convenient and easy to get to. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The space was clean and comfortable. Our 1 year old loved how close we were to the parks. Would definitely recommend!

Blufton is a great town

We really enjoyed the location and the easiness of the house. It was perfect. Would love to be there when it's warmer and you can enjoy the outside area is so pretty.

Lovely Bluffton Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Bluffton. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the May River. The home was so charming and had everything we needed. We traveled with our small dog and he loved watching squirrels from the screened in patio scree

Perfect house in great location!

Family of 7, plus our dog, stayed in this house. Perfect location directly across the street from the farmers market. Short golf cart ride to Calhoun Street’s restaurants and shops added to its charm! Also a short distance to the public dock where you can see the most beautiful sunset!

Great location, well taken care of, comfortable bed. Lots of space in the bathroom!! Property manager was so helpful as well I would recommend this property and definitely will stay there again!!

This home is a dream!

We were so pleased to stay in this lovely home for a wedding here in bluffton. When not doing wedding activities we were within a short golf cart ride or walk to many shops and restaurants. Perfect location. The beds were so comfy, we all slept like rocks. This VRBO doesn’t feel like a house, it feels like a home with every thoughtful detail considered. If you’re coming to bluffton this home is a must! Some other things I found to be accommodating: tub to bath our baby, lots of baby items like high chair, pack n play and baby seat, quick hot water, beautiful sky lights in master, comfy and clean front porch furniture, large fridge space. 10/10 recommend.

We had a fabulous time in Bluffton. The location was wonderful. My son got married and we had the rehearsal dinner right across the street at the Heyward House. It made it so easy to go over and decorate.

Our favorite place to stay when in Bluffton Certain

We love staying at this home and have several times. The home is very clean, comfortable and so well stocked. The beds are very comfy. The smoker is fun to cook on and the private fenced courtyard works so well for our pups. I love sitting on the back porch and looking up at the giant trees and watching the many birds. My family is looking forward to our next stay when our son gets married across the street at the Heyward House.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. House is cute and clean, kitchen was stacked and had everything we could possibly need. Loved riding a golf cart that came with the house. Communication with the property owner was a breeze. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in Bluffton and looking for a small and cute house for your needs.

Bluffton charm

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and the home was immaculate. This home was walking distance to all the downtown Bluffton shops and restaurants and a beautiful park across the street.

Wonderful trip!

This house made our trip wonderful. You could not ask for better lodging. Very clean, comfortable beds and perfectly equipped. The hosts were also great…..went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lacking nothing. We loved the Bluffton area. I would definately give this rental a 10 out of 10.

Location is everything

The property has everything that you need. They owners are very detailed oriented. We loved how comfortable the beds were, the spaciousness for 6 adults, and the proximity to downtown and it’s restaurants. The addition of the golf cart is a huge plus. We will be back

Beautiful low country home!

The residence was perfect! Plenty of room for us 4 adults, two teen girls and our pup. The backyard was fenced in, which allowed our pup to enjoy his stay without having his leash on. The kitchen was fully equipped and the master bedroom bed was sooo comfortable! Having the golf cart was nice for going downtown for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future!

Another amazing stay!

We would not stay any place else in Bluffton. The location is incredible. We took the golf cart to dinner, shopping, to the May river to see the dolphins and to take the sunset cruise. On Thursdays, directly across the street, there’s a huge farmers market with music, food and specialty items. Theres also a great playground. It’s just a fun spot. The home is clean, beds are comfortable, shower is great and the backyard is perfect for children and pets. We smoked a brisket on the Traeger grill. We highly recommend this lovely home for your next rental.

Perfect Updated Peaceful House!

We enjoyed out stay at this perfect updated house set in the Bluffton with a really great location and wonderful coastal lowcountry furnishings, updated kitchen and baths with lots of freshly placed towels. Really nice floor plan with separate wings shalls we say if you had kids. Me and my husband didn't use them but good to have if you had more people. It was extremely clean in every detail. The location was awesome we could walk in the morning thru the pretty park across the street to the Cottage and the Corner Coffee for breakfast and then take a walk down to May River. At night to Pearl or Calhoun St Grill and Icecream shop for dinner. They had a few artisans craft events at the park very low key and nice to walk over and chat to spend a few hours. Sleeping was a dream and the TV's worked great.. Parking was right at your door and made packing up easy but it was hard to leave such a nice home and beautiful town of Bluffton. Any way if you thinking of staying here it is 10 out of 10 fantastic no hesitation thumbs up!.

Charming Cottage

A true getaway with a charming, relaxing atmosphere! This little cottage nestled in the heart of Bluffton is perfection! We spent a blissful week with our grown children and grandbaby in this little slice of heaven. The town is sweet. Beautiful architecture, reminded us of a mini Savannah. It is filled with quaint shops, coffee houses and cafés. We did enjoy the Farmer's Market on Thursday morning, right across the street. We got the best crab mac n cheese we've ever tasted! The golf cart was handy and so much fun to drive down to the pier or zip around downtown. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and not the cheap rickety kinda stuff...we're talking quality, clean new modern kinda stuff!) The beds were super comfy with big plump pillows, soft duvets and clean crisp white linens! The master bath was a dream! Oversized glass shower, deep clawfoot tub and even a ceiling heater! Luxury at every turn! It has a large screened in front porch for morning coffee and a big back deck for grilling and late night conversating. We also could be at Hilton Head Beach within 20 minutes and went several times throughout the week. Lastly, the cherry on top were the owners...really kind people. We actually ran into them in town. Jonathan and Patricia were so personable and honestly wanted us to enjoy everything about our stay! They were good about reaching out and providing us with all the info we needed in a timely manner. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. The Bluffton State of mind was in full effect! 5 well deserved stars all the way around. Book it. You won't regret it.

Beautiful pictures, but not accurate

We were very excited to arrive at this property. It had all 5 star ratings and the photos looked like it was fresh and inviting. Not the case when we arrived. The place was tired. The couches were over used with pillows that have lost their shape, and they smelled so bad that we had to cover them to tolerate sitting on them. Bathmat at the master shower was either dirty or stained....nothing you'd want to put your clean feet on. Couch in master was also overused and stained. Screened in porch was filthy as was the furniture on it. There was no place in the master bath to hang up towels. Also, renters should be aware this is on a very busy street with lots of traffic, much of it truck traffic. Very noisy and vehicles totally ignore the 25 mph speed limit making it unsafe to cross at times. There are cameras all over outside. We felt like we were being watched. Shame, too, because there is a fenced in yard which was great for our dogs, but we felt very uncomfortable sitting on the deck, wondering if we were being watched. While I'm sure security is important, maybe cameras should be covered when people are staying there? Many light bulbs were burned out and the few that were left to replace them were also burned out. One picture was falling off the wall and it seemed like an easy fix. The second bath smelled like mildew. While there was plenty of room to sleep eight (we were only two), I can't imagine having that many people there with the second bathroom being so small and doubling as a laundry room. Also the living room does not have enough seating for eight. There were some pros: Even though there were black stain marks on the sheets, they, and the the towels, were clean. Ceiling fans were big. The beds were very comfortable (but no mattress pads?). The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Snacks were left for us. The master shower was good -- roomy and good shower head. Cabinet in the master bath was handy for holding toiletries and plenty of drawer space. The house is convenient for walking all over Old Town Bluffton. We are sure this house, when first remodeled was probably just adorable. But the upkeep since has been poor. We went from this house to Hilton Head where the house is exactly as pictured, we feel like we're the fist ones to ever stay here, it's so clean. It has a pool, double the space, also three bedrooms. Just gorgeous, but the same price as this house! Do not recommend.
