Luxury Sunshine II. villa with SEA & GOLF VIEW, pool heated, CHEF & staff incl.

Modern and wonderful villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF incl.
Unique terrace which is possible to close with removable glasses to admire the sea and golf with the capricious weather in December - March.

Villa consists of 5 suites (5 rooms + 6 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool of Tortuga Bay (50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiasts.

Master Bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and private balcony with sofa and sea & golf views.
Second bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, closet, TV and direct access to pool

As guest of Luxury Sunshine II. Villa you will be located inside Tortuga Bay, a gated private community inside Puntacana Resort & Club, 5 minutes from the airport.
You will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana/Casa Club ant the Tennis Club, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yola, La mare, Bamboo....). Enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

Our villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
Within 10 minutes of the villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

Property is 2 minutes of walk to the Casa Club (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and beach Serena.

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time staying at Sunshine Villa ll for a week. Chef Luis and the house staff, Noelia and Eveli really made our vacation. All our meals were sensational and they really went out of their way to make us have the most relaxing time. The Puntacana Resort & Club grounds were great to explore by golf cart, we had in-house massage and transport organized by Lorenzo the concierge. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have picked a better place to call home for a week.

We had an excellent stay. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for our large family. Our kids loved the large, warm pool and big backyard. Everything was taken care of by the staff including arranging golf carts and activities. The highlight was the delicious meals prepared by Chef Luis which really exceeded our expectations and made the trip very relaxing. Thank you!

The house was amazing. A perfect location. The food prepared by the chef was incredible. And the staff were friendly and did a terrific job. And our host, Leny, always responded to our emails prior to our arrival and visited us during our trip to make sure everything was fine. I will return to Punta Cana and stay at Sunshine II again!

This was honestly one of the best experiences I've had traveling. Chef was amazing the entire week, even when I requested to have Dominican chicken again :) Daisy & Noelle were so kind and attentive to anything my group needed. Lorenzo made sure we had all transport, golf, grocery, alcohol and tickets in a timely manner. I was seriously considering just booking the following week so I didn't have to come home. Don't pass up Sunshine Villa, you won't regret it. Xoxo

It was a very nice home. The staff was great. We had great meals prepared that were very good. The house had everything you needed from many different area to sit outside, lots of seating around the pool and very short walk to the golf club house and beach club. The location was on the driving range which initially I thought might be a negative, but turned out to be great because of the privacy.

Leny and Oliver organized a wonderful and friendly staff / team to oversee the beautiful house we rented. Massiel, Noelia and Benito were wonderful staff who really made me and my family’s stay in the villa very special. Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home itself was beautiful, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.Everyone was attentive, kind, and always had a joyful attitude, which made the entire trip feel relaxed and welcoming. Chef Luis was fantastic—every meal was delicious, and he was very accommodating with our menu and any changes we requested while we were there. The chicken Caesar wraps were a favorite for our group.The housekeepers, Daisy and Noelle, were phenomenal. They kept everything spotless and constantly reminded us that we were on vacation, making sure we didn’t have to lift a finger.Lorenzo, the concierge, was also incredibly helpful, coordinating groceries before our arrival and assisting with anything we needed during our stay.We also highly recommend the driving service offered through the villa. It was absolutely worth it and made getting to excursions around the island easy and stress-free.Overall, our group had a wonderful experience and we hope to return again!!

This is my 2nd trip to one of this owners properties. This is a top tier property. The services are exceptional. They are aware and can work with food allergies which is highly appreciated. Another great stay! Hosts are excellent and very responsive. You can’t go wrong here.

The best escape.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Francisco went above and beyond to cater to our every need—he truly made us feel at home. The ladies on staff were amazing, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Great Stay, Location and friendly staff

Overall our stay was great. I stayed here with 5 of my girlfriends. It is very close to the country club beach club and super close to additional beach clubs as well. The staff was extremely friendly and the chef cooked great food. We did have a little issue with the AC in some of the rooms the first night but luckily the property manager/ owner were very responsive and got it fixed for us. The only thing I wish I got was a property tour when I arrived but otherwise really great stay. Would recommend this villa.
