Tiki Bar

A single-family home located one block away from the bay or beach at the quiet end of LBI. Enjoy a walk through the beautiful dunes to the beach. It takes about 9 minutes to walk from door to beach depending on your walking speed of course. This fully furnished house is family ready and sleeps at least twelve comfortably. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living room on the first floor as well as three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the second/third floor.

Viking Village, a collection of boutiques, coffee shop, fish market, and fishing fleet, is a just a few blocks away. The Historic Barnegat Lighthouse, mini-golf, bars, restaurants, delis, and ice cream shops are all within a short walk. And don't forget the LBI shuttle to get up and down the entire island.

After a relaxing day on the beach or boat and come home to more relaxation on 2 private decks as you enjoy a glass of wine and evening breezes or maybe catch a Monday evening concert at the gazebo by the Coast Guard station.

Wonderful House

Me, my husband, our grown children & spouses and our 2 grandsons had a wonderful time at the house. The location was perfect at the quiet end of the island. The house was the perfect size for 7 adults and 2 little boys. The outdoor space was also nice for hanging out by the firepit at night.

Perfect house for vacation.

I spent the weekend with my partners and mine family and the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, lighthouse, Poppy’s and the deli. The house was clean, slept all of our guests comfortably and Sonya was very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the Barnegat side. 10/10.

Celebration of life

The house was perfect for our group. The photos were very accurate so that we could plan sleeping arrangements before we got there. Location was perfect!

We went on a great beach vaction with our adult children and extended family this was a great location with everything g you need to have a great week with family , plenty of space beautiful house! We had a blast!

Absolutely wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, cute and had all we needed. Would rent this property again. Sonya was very responsive and accommodating as well. Backyard was fun and spacious too ...good for enjoying campfires. Not a far walk at all from the beach or bay. Absolutely enjoyed everything!

such a great house!

super clean. located in a great spot with easy beach, bay and lighthouse access. the owners are wonderful- very responsive, accommodating and friendly. we loved the character of the house. there are so many great spaces and toys and things for relaxation and entertainment. thanks guys- we'll surely be back!!

Perfectly fine for our quick getaway

Long time LBI renter here, so I know the deal. Overall, a fine stay for a family bond getaway with nieces, aunts, grandmas. Stayed from Wed-Sun and the accommodations suited us fine. Owner was by and large prompt with responses.

Amazing location, nice home but lacked basic amenities.

Overall very nice place to stay! Very close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and local stores. The renters could have been more generous with basics items like toilet paper, kitchen towels, bath mats. Caution - bring linens and personal towels!! Not listed on website or on vrbo app after payment has been made.

The quiet side of LBI

On the good side the owners were very prompt in answering our questions/problems. They came to the house when we complained the front door lock wasn't working. They had a lot of beach chairs we could borrow and 4 beach tags. This house was in the quiet part of LBI but we liked that. A real trek to the street beach so we drove to a more accessible beach. If you are handicapped beware of the narrow steps inside the house and the long walk to the beach on that road. House had some problems. The screen on the front deck was broken and off the tracks entirely. As a result we could not open the front sliding door to the outside deck for ventilation without letting in anything flying around outside. The window in another location in the front was also inoperable. The backyard was nice but there was no shade or awning to allow sitting outside. The front door combo lock was broken the entire time we were there and therefore we couldn't enter through there but had to keep it locked continuously or open continuously.

Very nice place. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Steps away from restaurants and the light house. Dealing with Sonya was a pleasure. Communication was prompt and clear. I would love to rent from her again in the future.

Amazing week

Check in at 2 PM was an easy process allowed us to spend most of Saturday vacationing. We were blessed to have the most gorgeous weather week and logistically this place was perfect. We did a lot of bike riding boating and beaching.!

The property is well appointed and comfortable. The location is excellent. We love the north end of the island. This house was a bit tight for our group of 10, which included 9 adults - mainly due to the fact that we like a large space to gather together for a meal.

Lovely stay for a family reunion!

LBI Family Trip

This is our second stay at the wonderful Barnegat Light beach cottage. The house perfectly fits our family of 10, the living areas are cozy and offer enough room for all. The backyard is one of the biggest highlights for us! We love corn hole tournaments during the day and fires at night. Perfect location to bay, beach, mini golf, bike rides, walks to the lighthouse and so much more.

Beautiful space and location for our vacation

We really enjoyed the space of the house-- the open kitchen and living room design created a relaxing space to hang out. The patios and backyard were also beautiful. Convenient location-- 1 minute drive to shops and easy walking to Kubels. A few items could use a little maintenance (some blinds didn't close all the way, leaky spigot in bottom bathroom); however, we had a great week and enjoyed this rental.

Cute and Welcoming House in Barnegat Light

My family and I had a great stay at this house. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Sonya and her husband were super responsive to every question we had -- they are great hosts. We also loved the set up with bedrooms and TVs on each level. It worked out great for our three teenage/college age kids who all kinda wanted their own space and invited friends down for two of the nights during our stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were also very nice -- we were sorry we had to leave on the day there was a block party scheduled! We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of six that has been coming to LBI for years. We fell in love with Barnegat Light and the quieter, slower pace at the north end of the island. We spend most of our downtime here, either out on a boat fishing or on the beach riding waves and taking in the beautiful sunsets. It is a great place for families with plenty to do. The beaches are clean and less crowded. There are fishing charters, sunset cruises, shopping, mini-golf, ice cream and so much more! If you want to go down to the south end of the island where all the hustle and bustle is, it's just a shuttle or car ride away. Come stay at our little slice of paradise, relax, unwind, and let your worries melt away.

The location was perfect for us and we instantly fell in love with the bright open floor plan. We wanted to be in the center of Barnegat Light where we can walk to the beach, the bay, restaurants, stores, etc. It's not super crowded so we feel safe letting the kids go to the park or ride their bikes.

We include 6 beach badges and have bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. There are also two decks, a tiki bar, and an outdoor fire pit to sit around and enjoy the summer evenings.
