Hi Patricia, Thank you for your review. Our arrival instructions disclose the starter items we provide. I apologize if you overlooked this information but most guests understand this is not a hotel experience and bring their own toiletries. Often times our homes take on a life of their own and trash bags etc. remain in the home. We appreciate the feedback regarding the pool area however this is managed by the HOA. I do apologize that it wasn't up to standards and we will pass this feedback onto the HOA. Most people enjoy the plushness of this condo but again we apologize that the number of pillows caused you concern. Our pictures are accurate and you can see the pillows and decor inside all of the pictures. We don't charge for pillows not being put back but more so furniture items being moved into different rooms and having to have multiple people help move things back. We have standard check-out instructions and will turn the AC and leave some lights on for your arrival to give it a more comfortable feeling. Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely hope you have a different experience the next time you vacation to the area.

Hi Sindy, Thank you for leaving your review. Overall I do hope you and your family enjoyed your stay. I do however think this is inaccurate. The listing title says this overlooks the pool and has no pictures showing any different kind of view. The key fobs work from dawn to dusk. The pool is run by the HOA and we have no control over how long they leave it opened. When we did speak the next day you said the Fobs were working fine when we offered to come out. In our terms and conditions and our arrival instructions, we have listed our starter pack of everything that is left in the house for your use. We do not supply the whole stay. The TVs do have our local spectrum cable options. However, we do have smart TVs in the condo for you to be able to log in to your own streaming services.

Hi Pete, Thank you so much for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! We did get a new system and our emails are successfully going out to everyone without any problems. We do apologize that the key was not left out but this is something that is now checked by our property manager to ensure that it won't be missed again. Having a new rental has some learning curves but I think we got them all figured out now :)
