A traditional Breton vacation home near the sea

This traditional Breton house located in Roscoff is located in a quiet and pleasant environment 300 meters from the sea. <br><br>You will appreciate this south-facing building of character and its sheltered garden for holidays with family or friends.<br>The house offers you a cozy atmosphere and has 8 beds.<br><br>The first floor is composed of the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet and a storeroom.<br>The main room invites you to relax and enjoy convivial evenings.<br><br>The dining room is equipped with a new kitchen with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). <br>In the storeroom, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.<br><br>The first floor serves a bathroom with bath, double sink and WC; 4 bedrooms, one of which is for baby (cot and a changing table).<br>The second floor leads to a bedroom and a landing with an exercise bike, board games and reading.<br>Each room is equipped with storage so that you can store your belongings and feel at home. <br><br>The garden is a small cocoon out of sight, without any terrace. Garden furniture and deckchairs allow you to take full advantage of the outdoors in summer. A barbecue is at your disposal in the small shed. <br>A carport at the entrance to the garden allows you to park two cars.<br> Clean and small pets are allowed. <br><br>Roscoff is a city of character rich in heritage. Come and discover its old port with its many restaurants and lively summer evenings. <br>A Thalasso centre opens its doors for access to treatments or simply to swim in heated seawater. <br>You can also take the boat to spend a day on the island of Batz which is off the coast of Roscoff (15 minutes crossing).<br>You can walk to the exotic garden and take the coastal paths to discover the coastline.<br>If you like water activities, you have the possibility to go to the surf school on the large beach of the dossen (sand yachting, surfing, paddle).
