The best location in Orlando. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and its on suite bathroom has a shower. The other bedroom has two twin size beds and its bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There is also a booster for infants.
The kitchen has a two burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender and every dishes that you need for your stay. Do not miss an incredible vacation in a privileged place. In the heart of International Drive, an area full of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and many attractions. Very near to Universal Studios, Convention Center, Vulcano Bay, Sea World and a few minutes from Disney.

Washer and dryer are on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building you will be staying at. Each cycle is $ 2.50.
Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking. Ice machines and vending machines are on in each building.

The location, close to Universal was great. Everything in the apartment was as described in the listing. When there was a problem that we went to the host about, he did not seem concerned. The building itself is old and rundown, having a sewage leak that flooded the first floor during our stay and one of the elevators stopped working. The biggest issue is my wife and child getting chemical burns, verified by a physician, from the hot tub, and the host just blew it off and tried to say there was nothing wrong. We told him it smelled horrible and the towels were so bad afterwards that they had to be thrown on the patio to not stink up the apartment. He did not care. Vrbo has also blown off the issue. This was our first time trying out Vrbo and it will be our last. If you want a carefree stay on vacation just go to a hotel.

Poor owners

The apartment is as advertised. The work out room was very poor. Some of the equipment was out of order and by the looks of it had been for a while. The working equipment was rusty and old. The TVs did not work. There were no towels to dry yourself. There was no towel and spray to wipe down the equipment when done. I asked the owners twice to provide some supplies, none were ever provided.The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed some days with no explanation.We did not have heat in our apartment. I had to ask three times for help. The third ask was a bit terse. They finally responded and asked me to do some work for them. I did what they asked, and it did not work. They said they could not get someone to come and fix the heat. I do not believe there is not one heating repair person the City of Orlando. The temperature was in the low to mid 60s, uncomfortable. The owners came over themselves and did something to make it work for a while. It quit working overnight and it was even colder in the morning.I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other options in the area. Stay somewhere else.

Lovely stay In Orlando

We had a lovely week long stay in the 2 bed apartment. The apartment was a good size, immaculately clean, comfy beds with nice linen, well equipped and nice modern bathrooms with lots of warm water and nice towels. The hosts made everything super easy with their communication and a good guest guide book. The location is ideal for local restaurants and Universal. It was an $8 Uber to Icon Park area and we occasionally walked home after dinner. Thank you very much!

Great location and wonderful host.

The location is perfect and close to just about everything needed, including restaurants and entertainment. The condo was spacious and clean, and hosts Etienne and Gustavo were very communicate with, they are quick to one question during our stay. We would definitely rent again.

Great choice when visiting the theme parks

The place was exactly as described, clean, and perfectly located to visit Universal and Disney. It was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place near universal

Apartment was nice and clean, host was very responsive. No issues. I would suggest maybe having more accessories available (toilet paper, paper towels e.g.) also the door lock needs to be worked on. We had to pull the door and hold it to get the lock to engage. Other than that no problems and an enjoyable stay

Perfect i-Drive Getaway!

This vacation rental in Orlando was perfect. Centrally located for i-Drive and Universal, it was on a quiet street. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed. Extra bonus, the property has multiple outside pools and an indoor heated pool.

Good value & location 🙂

The area seemed safe. The unit was small but it was a perfect place for 3-4 people to come back to after a day at the parks. It had everything you needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was great and offered a large variety of food choices within a short walk or drive. I will definitely keep it in mind for my next trip to Orlando.

Super Wohnung

Super schön Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Von der Wohnung aus ,konnte man vieles zu Fuss anschauen, wie zum Beispiel das Titanic - Museum,was sehr empfehlenswert ist oder die Piratenshow gleich gegenüber.

Nice place close to Universal

My husband, son and I stayed here during an athletic competition held at the Rosen Aquatic Center. There are hotels closer to the center but we needed washing machines and wanted more space. This provided both. It is very close to Universal, we actually went bar/restaurant area there. The front desk people were not very welcoming (as this is a private rental) but they were fine. I was able to check in a little early as my plans changed unexpectedly. The hotel and suites need some TLC, things look pretty worn out, things smell bad and the elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. We had a continuing problem with the lock on our door. (Make sure you know it does NOT lock automatically, you need to lock it and that takes a few tries.) Our actual room was as presented. It was nice to have a few days of basics (tp, dish soap, shampoo.) I was glad I had my sleep mask because there router for the internet is in the master bedroom and the room is filled with green light all night. I was not able to get and keep the TV working. I am unimpressed with ROKU, it would start and shut off until I just turned it off and used my own internet connection. The neighbor liked to sit outside, smoke and talk on his phone. The windows are very close so it felt like he was in the room with us. I hope he was just another renter. Gustavo was helpful when I called him because the code he sent would not let me enter. He reset it immediately.

Great little place in the perfect location

We stayed here for a week while at a volleyball tournament. The location was absolutely perfect, easy access to the convention center, nearby shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The home was nice, well maintained and in great condition. It was a little tight, not a lot of open space or room to hang out as a family. But it wasn't a big issue for us, most of our time in the home was spent sleeping or relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Universal studio stay

It was a very nice property, the condo was very nice and the pool was a plus. It’s a short Lyft ride to everything and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent facility with a great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much and the property was everything we hoped for very clean and two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchens was neat and orderly plus all the amenities of home. We would highly recommend staying here for the next trip to Orlando.

Holiday Universal!!

Great location and everything was as expected. We were even able to check in early. Very attentive property owner. Checked in daily to make sure all was okay.

It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive (Madame Tussauds, Aquarium, Orlando Eyes e etc) and the famous Orlando amusement parks:
The 4 Disney Parks are a 18 minute car drive away
Universal Studios and Vulcano Bay Water Park are about 8 minutes away
It’s 10 minutes from Sea World and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 9 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.
If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle departing right outside the guest registration area (not free). Fees do apply!
