The Carlsbad Beach Villas were completed in 2006. The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach voted in Americas Top 20 Beaches is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Also, you are just steps from the fabulous Village restaurants with something sure to please every palate: An exciting night life, theaters, great shopping, renowned spas, galleries, and much more.

The Carlsbad Villas are equipped with amenities rarely found in a vacation rental - everything you need to make your stay memorable. Unit A has an Ocean View and Unit B & C have views of the quaint Carlsbad Village. The vaulted ceilings, spacious floor plan, elegant granite, and custom decor truly give the feel of grandeur.

Perfect Getaway!

This was a perfect beach getaway! There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids and it had plenty of room for everyone. Such an easy walk to the beach, which we all loved. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Our week we by way too fast. We would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to the area!

Great property, 2 minutes to a great beach. 3 king sized beds! We enjoyed the beach chairs and the wagon to pull them. We had no issues with any part of our stay. Would gladly stay heretagain.

I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy everything Carlsbad has to offer. In walking distance to so many fun shops and restaurants as well as the beach. A fun new restaurant every night! Fun nightlife as well as plenty of breakfast places for the whole family. Plenty of shopping opportunities for everyone. The beach is so close which makes for lots of time spent lounging! When you are ready to come back the Airbnb has a plethora of great amenities as well. The three spacious rooms with the wide open kitchen, dining, and living room and the beautiful views! The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee! My family and I will absolutely be coming back!

Great condo in perfect Carlsbad location

This is our 2nd time staying here, it is a good value, close to ocean and close to great restaurants and bars in downtown Carlsbad.

Carlsbad trip

Wonderful place to stay

The house is well maintained and is in a great neighborhood walking distance to the beach. The bedrooms are all good size and the master is very nice. The home gets good light. There are a number of stairs to get to the main living area and two of the bedrooms but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would use this home again.

Great Location

Very close to the beach and multiple dining spots. All rooms are sizable with separate bathrooms. The common living room/kitchen area was very comfortable.

LOCATION AND SPACIOUS HOME

Awesome place, wonderful view, excellent location to the Village, everything you need is in the home....love this place, we will absolutely be back!! Walked to train station to catch Padres game...if you are staying in Carlsbad, you can take the train from the airport and never need a rental car....anywho...thank you!!!!

We Will Be Back!

Roomy and clean, in a great location, this property was a rare find. Everything we needed was provided, anything we could want was in walking distance. The only time we used our car was to visit the Leo Carrillo Park, the sites in the city of San Diego, the trails in Torrey Pines, and the towns between Carlsbad and San Diego. The beach was down the street and the owner provided towels, chairs and a wagon. The Village of Carlsbad was around the corner from us and offered many shopping opportunities, restaurants, and even an outdoor sports bar all within walking distance. Clearly the owners make it a point to assure their guests are provided with a quick response to questions.

Carlsbad Beach

Location of this 2 story spacious home was perfect. We could walk into Carlsbad Village to shop & dine or to the beach w ease. As we both work while traveling it’s important that there was plenty of room to set up our work spaces w terrific Wi-Fi !! We will certainly stay here again.

We had the best stay at this property! The location was perfect with all the amenities we could have wanted. The beach gear was wonderful for our family and really helped make our beach time extra fun. Rene was responsive and great to communicate with. Ocean view

The property has high ceilings, and is very spacious. The kitchen and living room are upstairs with two of the three bedrooms and fits in perfect. The master bedroom has a direct view of the ocean and the beach is a 1 minute walk from the property. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and shower. The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted. The location is perfect if you enjoy walking to the local stores and businesses. With a little maintenance and thorough cleaning this property would be perfect.

Beach Vacation

This is the second time we've stayed at Rene's property and the first time in unit A. The unit is very large and open, plenty of room for our family. The location could not be better. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the unit has chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul our stuff. We could also see the ocean from the patio and the balcony. Having a garage is also nice. We will definitely be back!

We’ll worth it!

Great property. Perfectly located between the Villages and the beach. Whether you want to shop, eat or spend the day on the beach it’s only a short walk away. The condo had plenty of room and everything you need to make it a home away from home. The large driveway and 2 car garage made parking very convenient. There were only a couple of minor issues (ceiling fans and outlets not working) but otherwise it was well worth the stay. Already booked our trip for next year.

Good location - unclean READ REVIEW

Pros: Great location and close to everything/beach Owner responded relatively fast Check in was easy Large enough Kitchen Cons: *I wish I could add pictures* First, while the description states there are three different units, the pictures on the website do not show any other units other than unit A. So we didn’t really know what we were getting until we got there. That was somewhat misleading. From the get-go we could tell the stay was unclean. The walls going up the stairs has handprints and grime all over them. The couch and recliner looked to be in horrible degrading condition with dirt stains on them. You could tell that there had really only been a light dusting around the house but there was still some hair in the sink and the room carpets were not vacuumed. DOES NOT SLEEP 7 PEOPLE. The first night was okay because we only had 4 people but there are only two beds since the pull out couch was so broken and nasty that no one could sleep on it. I contacted the host about it since we had 7 people total and she told me “not to worry about it”... so our guests had to sleep on the floor... the dirty floor. There was one pull out cot that one person could sleep on but other than that there wasn’t enough beds for our guests. Not to mention the beds there were FILTHY. I sent pictures to the host showing her pictures of smeared crusty white stains. She didn’t seem too concerned, nor apologized for the inconvenience and grossness of the situation. She did offer for the cleaning lady to come by and change the sheets after our first night (of sleeping in the unclean bed) but the cleaning lady didn’t have a key so we would have had to come back home from enjoying our day just to get clean sheets. At that point it seemed pointless since we already had to sleep in it. The sheets and pillowcases were stained with bleach and looked unprofessional and uninviting We had to provide our own paper towels and there was no sponge to clean the dishes. The handbook said to wash the towels which is fine but there was not soap provided. I never write bad reviews but staying here felt so uncomfortable because of how unclean it was. It would have felt unclean even in no COVID times. But the fact that there is a risk of COVID, having to sleep in unclean beds felt so nasty and uncomfortable. This place has great potential but needs more transparency on all the units and what they look like and need to be cleaned 100x better.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Perfect for our family. Grandparents and family of 4. Close to the beach and walkable to town too. Rene was very responsive. Would have liked some tissues and shampoo and conditioner. Thanks!
