We want you to have an unforgettable stay! To keep our estate beautiful and functioning perfectly for everyone, please observe the following strictly enforced rules:
Pets: We love animals, but please keep all pets strictly away from the pool area and off the beds. All pets must be reported prior to arrival.
Air Conditioning: To protect our system from freezing or breaking, do not leave windows or doors open while the AC is running. Any damage to the AC units will be billed to the guest (receipt provided).
Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Plumbing fees for clearing clogs will be billed to the guest (receipt provided).
No Parties: This property is located in a quiet residential area. Absolutely no house parties are permitted. All outside visitors must be reported to the host. Unapproved parties will result in the immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
Cleaning: Please respect the home. Excessively dirty conditions requiring deep cleaning will result in an additional fee billed to the guest (receipt provided).
⏱️ Easy Check-Out Procedures
Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-out within the first hour is subject to a $200 fee; beyond 3 hours, it will be billed as an additional night's rent.
Furniture: If you moved any furniture during your stay, please return it to its original position.
Energy & Security: Please turn off all AC/heating units and ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.

This was our first time booking through Vrbo, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The host made everything so easy from start to finish. She answered all of my questions promptly and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.The property itself was amazing! It comfortably accommodated all 20 people in our group, with plenty of spacious bedrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The location was also a huge plus close enough to the Strip for convenience while still offering a relaxing place to stay.I highly recommend this property, especially for large groups. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book here again!

Disappointing Stay With Serious Safety and Cleanliness ConcernsUnfortunately, our stay did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or safety. We encountered several issues, including a missing closet door, insects/roaches, dog feces in the yard, and broken furniture. Most concerning was an exposed nail that caused an injury to my sonWe documented the conditions and raised our concerns through Vrbo. The host declined our request for a refund or compensation. Vrbo acknowledged the issues and provided a 100 One Key Cash credit, but the host did not provide a refundBased on our experience, I would strongly encourage future guests, especially families, to carefully consider these concerns before booking. Cleanliness, proper maintenance, and eliminating obvious safety hazards should be basic expectations for any vacation rental.

This property worked amazingly with my family and I. It allows everyone to have their own space and private area plus everyone to hangout by the pool and talk in the yard. The game room was a good idea however we think the sewage lines maybe need a flush or something, the room had a strong oder. The property is a little bit older but this did not change a thing about our overall stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for large groups

Plenty of space for a large group we had 23 family members and everyone enjoyed it located 10 mins from Fremont st and 5 mins from Walmart it was amazing when u first arrive in neighborhood it throws u off but it’s definitely a safe place and in side the gate your in a whole world of your own definitely would stay again!

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed the property for a long weekend during New Years. The property was easy to get in and out. It was sort of like a hotel with different rooms that had different locks and smart keys on the doors which was nice. The kitchen was a bit underwhelming and small but we did not need it too much. Overall a great time.

It was near impossible to get a sense of the layout from photos and there was some of the place under construction which was not told to us. That being said it was perfect for our group and we had a great time.

My nieces 21st

The place was more the we imagined. Everyone in our group had a great time. The pictures don’t do this property justice, the yard is gorgeous front and back. The huge shade tree in the back made the heat tolerable. The only down side was a small kitchen with cooking for 14 people. We made it work and enjoyed every minute of this place! Thank you for helping us make memories.

Minor touches

The property was perfect however they should think about expanding the main kitchen in the event that someone hires a caterer or personal chef. Also, they should provide candles or spray. Property had a slight smell. Not sure if it was from what they used to disinfect.

Nice hosts, quick communication. Very deceiving pics. Property is very rundown. House is has a ton of bedrooms and bathrooms, was a complete 6500 sq ft house that has been divided into a bunch of bedrooms and bathrooms. Seems like it hadn't been rented in a while, all the p traps on the sinks and tubs had gone dry and the house had a horrible smell like dirty drain/sewer during the entire stay (even after we ran water into the drains). No real kitchen, it's in the casita, not in the main house, it's an oven/stove unit stuck inside the table. Not a very good selection of pans/plates/zero forks. Cleaners were very nice, checkout is a lot easier than most properties. The pool is above ground, was filthy and cold. The deck around the pool was weathered and prone to splinters. Fitness center was a joke, it's a rundown exercise bike on the patio that doesn't even plug in. Pool table was nice. BBQ was nice, worked well, plenty of propane.Air hockey table is rundown and doesn't really work. Internet and cell reception is almost non existent in the dining room portion of the property (I believe it has chicken wire underneath the stucco). Slot machine is a cool decoration but does not work. Neighborhood is rough, abandoned shopping carts all along the streets. Dog turds all around the yard from previous renters. Under the headboards, around the end tables etc was dirty, tons of human hairs and dust. My bed was comfy, others complained their beds were not.

While we appreciate the mention of our communication and a few amenities you enjoyed, much of this review is exaggerating or based on expectations that were never advertised. The property layout, including the number of bedrooms and the separate kitchen located in the casita, is disclosed in both the listing description and photos. Calling this “deceiving” is simply inaccurate. The pool is not advertised as heated, temperature will naturally vary based on weather. Additionally, the pool is professionally serviced every Thursday, and there were no reports prior to your stay indicating it was in the condition you described. Claims about missing kitchen items, non-functional amenities, or cleanliness issues were never communicated during your stay. We are highly responsive and would have addressed any legitimate concerns immediately. Instead, these complaints were raised only after checkout, which limits our ability to verify or resolve them. Comments about odor from drains can occasionally occur in large properties if water hasn’t been run, and this is easily resolved within minutes. Again, had you reached out, we would have assisted right away. The property is accurately represented, regularly maintained, and priced accordingly. While we welcome constructive feedback, we do not agree with statements that mischaracterize the home or create false expectations for future guests. We encourage future guests to review the listing details carefully and to communicate any concerns during their stay so they can be promptly addressed.

Not as advertised

The property has seen better days. Some of the rooms were modern but many were very dated. The staff was excited there was a pool table but the rack was broken and there were only red balls. We ended up buying pool balls. The temperature was hard to manage across all the rooms. We did like the fact that each room had a key pad for privacy. It was odd that the kitchen and living area was not in the same room. The neighborhood was a mix of residence types. Overall we felt safe but if there was not a fence we have not felt that way. There were also chickens crowing and dogs barking all night long. I do not recommend, this property.

Run down, poorly managed

When reserving this house I was excited since the pictures looked great for my group of employees to stay in and host an industry gathering. Upon check in the access codes and info was only given after I waited for 15 minutes at the gate in the dark, the door knob fell off in my hand for unit one. Many of the units had peeling stick down tiles, paint and broken furniture, the beds were hard and uncomfortable the casita rooms hot water never came after running it for 10 minutes. Upon reaching out I was told they can try to send the maintenance crew in the morning. I told them I could not bring guests to this house and requested a refund. VRBO and the house manager declined, even after saying they would try to see what they could do. No follow up, no partial or full discount. Never stay here.

This traveler initially intended to stay at the property for free. After a minor complaint, we promptly sent out a maintenance team to address the issue and ensure the property was in good condition for him. However, he later attempted to request a refund and fraudulently contacted his bank to cancel the transaction. The bank identified the fraudulent claim and declined the request. Unfortunately, he expressed his frustration by leaving a negative review.

*BEWARE* STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTIES

This property only post fake pictures to fool travelers think that this property is clean and well maintained. First of all, property has strong odor that you can smell from old/abandoned houses. Hot water is not working properly, it takes long time for water t o be heated up, gets hot and cold randomly. Bed sheets have unknown stains that disgusted us a lot. Towels have somebody's hair tingled. Most room has lack of Air Conditioning, like small portable A/C is cooling about 1000sqft. Host says central A/C is working to cool the inside down, as I mentioned above, building is so old and not well maintained, it never works. Long Story Short. 1. If you want to waste your money and ruin your trip, This is the place for you. 2. If you don't mind clean your body with dirty towel , they have it for you. HOST NEVER ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS PROPERLY AND ON TIME.

Unfortunately, I have received a threat from this individual, demanding a refund under the threat of leaving a negative review. This person stayed in the property and damaged our door. We do not tolerate guests like this.

AMAZING stay for a big group!

A group of 20 of us stayed at this huge lot with so much space and amenities for all of us! It never felt crowded at any point. Everyone loved our experience and the privacy for each person, as well as ample communal spaces! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good for a big group but the kitchen is so small. It should have a big kitchen with a dining room in one room .

Perfect for large groups

Me, my wife, and our closest family and friends stayed at this property from Dec 30 - Jan 2. It was the perfect place to entertain our large group of 25 after not seeing many of these guests since pre-covid. The property is very large and has so much seating and areas to mingle. Zizel was super responsive. Whenever we had a question, the response time was within only a few minutes even given that we stayed over a holiday. We also were allowed early check-in which was a huge help since many of us got in early. Only about a 15 minute ride to the strip, so location is ideal if you’d like to stay in one place with a large group. It’s also a corner property, so there’s no issues with parking whatsoever (we had 4 cars with no struggle). Overall, would definitely stay here again! The space, amenities, and service is definitely worth the price.

Many issues. Communication with host was terrible. My group made it fun, others maybe not so lucky.

I wish we could have enjoyed it as much as we initially had planned. I understand the pool not functioning isn’t their fault (unforeseen issues arise) and things break, however that was a major reason we chose this property and it cost us in enjoyment and money to find another pool. 20 of us paid $20-$30 each over 2 days, which amounts to $800+ to use another hotel pool. Plus Ubers to get there and back, when normally we would only need to take a single Uber if we were to go and enjoy the strip at night.. We understand that pools are difficult to maintain and it can happen but I believe there should been better communication regarding this issue instead of finding out about it hours before check in. There were also some other minor inconveniences that should be made aware of; such as multiple rooms AC’s weren’t working properly, as well as many of the Kurig machines weren’t working and we could not find the air Hockey strikers. There was also no extra toilet paper or trash-bags so we had to go out to buy some. However minor these inconveniences were, our main issue was the pool. Finding out hours before check in, getting the worst response rate. We did not use the pool for three days. Since this was a bachelorette party that I was planning, it made me look pretty bad even though of course as maid of honor bride to be was understanding.

It was raining before their arrival. During the stay, we sent out pool technician every day to monitor the pool, we told them it’s out of our control, some of the guests seem understanding, didn’t receive any complaints. We didn’t get any text or call if they have any issue with coffee machine or AC, the manager usually check everything before any guest check in, as well as turn on all the ac in the rooms. Zero communication until they checked out, all these minor issues started coming up, turns out they wanted a refund. We offered them a future night stay for free as a complimentary. We hope she communicated with us during the stay not after.

Great Place to hang with friends.

Celebrated five friends' 30th birthdays with 20 people total. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much roomier and prettier in person. It is also very spacious and has so many spots to hang out. The decorations outside really add a nice touch to the overall theme. Each room has its own passcode so privacy was never an issue either. All of the rooms had great working AC and the pool deck is definitely an awesome place to hang out and get your drink/tan on. Anna was always very communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. She made everything very easy and loved meeting her.

Ideal Vegas Compound for Groups

We visited Vegas for a birthday celebration. The property was spacious and accommodating for groups of 20+. My guest loved the layout and really enjoyed the pool especially during the 110+degree weather. The property manager was available at the drop of a dime for all of our needs. It was close to the strip/airport which was perfect.

amazing house

We were looking for a place for a fun weekend to celebrate a Birthday, we were a big group and wanted all of us to stay together, we ran into this place and thought for a group of 20 It was very well priced. I reached out to the host because I had some special request that she agreed to. The host is incredible, the place is so big that when we arrived I had a lot of questions, She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. the rooms were all very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, showers were clean and the yard spaces and decorations are amazing. Everything is very modern and there are a lot of cute spots for beautiful pictures, the pool is bigger than it looks on the app. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group.
