Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If we do approve your pet to stay in the unit the fee is $250 plus you will be charged for any damage.

Perfect Spring Break Retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay during Spring Break 2024. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed all of the amenities that this property had to offer. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen, and the Publix grocery store was very close and convenient. We used the bikes provided by the property to tour the island. But mostly, we enjoyed the easy access to the beach, which was never crowded at all. Our family will absolutely book this property again for our next trip to Fort Myers.

Super Clean! Cozy and Comfortable!

The property was immacualte. Literally steps from the beach and located near several dining options and a supermarket. It was nice that on rainy days we still had a wonderful home to retreat to. The hosts always communicated and responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns.

The owner responded to questions quickly. This location is ideal as it is close to Publix (think 2 house lot walk) and very close to the beach. (On the northside of Ft. Myers Beach there is a very annoying traffic light that causes crazy traffic. This location AVOIDS most of that!) The unit was clean and having access to bikes was great.

the house was perfect and a cooks dream in the Kitchen fully stocked. YOu can see the ocean even with the new homes built across the street. Bikes and beach chairs OH MY!! My son had his friends for dinner after graduation and everyone was impressed. I am not computer Savvy and Frank was on the phone to me in an instant and helped us with getting in and internet connections. looking forward to our next stay there./

The owner was very accommodating on letting us check in a day early. The place was new and clean. The mattress was very pilly and uncomfortable. The reason we rented here was being on the ocean and the hot tub. And that was traveling with me that needs the hot tub. We were not on the beach. We were across the street from the beach with a row of houses between us and the beach. The hot tub which is advertised is new was not working. So the two things I wanted the most we did not get. We did get loud 1st floor neighbors who were up all night goofing off in the back yard right under our bedroom windows. Although it was clean and well accommodated. We did not enjoy our visit.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and quiet with a nice kitchen that had everything we needed. The hot tub is also a great amenity. The beach access is really convenient, and it was never very busy. We enjoyed watching the dolphins playing in the water and seeing the sunsets from the beach every evening.

Quiet getaway

We had a nice time close to the beach and away from the crowds. The property had thoughtful many amenities including bikes, books and beach chairs. We used the grills several times and liked relaxing in the backyard. We had a really nice and relaxing stay and would stay here again!

Great Location and a Great Stay!

As advertised! All processes were seamless. Great communication with owners. Beach was across the street with easy access. Publix is around the corner which was great for our group of 7 with midwestern appetites'. Was great having bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, other amenities that many other properties don't have. I highly recommend this property!

Great location

We had a great stay. It was within walking distance to beach, Publix, and gym. Property was clean and was perfect for our needs. Upper unit was laid out very well. Basically, 2 separate living areas in one with kitchen in the middle. Also, great to have washer/dryer, bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels Enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Overall Nice Stay but could use a few improvements

Overall, it is a nice clean place in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and most of the appliances work well. There were a few things that others should know before renting this place. The mattresses on the beds are very firm. I bought a thick mattress topper to make the one bed bearable. We used the foam foldable mattress on the other bed. The L-shaped couch made a good bed for a fifth person. But I wouldn’t say that 8 people can sleep here comfortably. We went to use the jacuzzi but it was disgusting. We told the owner about it and he said it is cleaned once a week. But I think it took more than a few days for the brown algae, fungus or mold to grow on the bottom of the jacuzzi top. The water stunk and was very cloudy. The bedroom windows are single paned so you could everything going on outside even when sleeping on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor renters kept us up most nights with their partying and arguing until 1 or 2am. Overall, it was a nice and clean place. However, I recommend renting the upper and lower units so you don’t have problems sharing the outdoor patio.

I can share with you why we chose to buy this property and maybe you will agree :')
The main thing I love about this property is the fact that it is just 200 steps to the beach, it is also exactly mid island so you don't get the loud noise of times square but times square is just a 10 min bike ride or about 2 miles away ( we also provide bikes) . Also we are less than a 2 min walk to the Publix Supermarket this is also a huge benefit as while on vacation it is convenient to walk just 2 mins and get anything you need to cook out or to relax on the beach. Oh we also have 2 BBQ's and a really nice seating area with pavers and a true island feel in the backyard. The JACUZZI is a great way to end a day at the beach or relax after cooking a feast of a bbq. Also we supply beach chairs with cases so you can jump on the bikes and ride up and down the island and check out different parts of the islands beaches ( I personally think ours is the best and right across the street) I love our beach the best because there is no public parking around so it makes it seem really private and not many people around. I also love being 30 mins from the airport which makes it a convenient beach getaway. I also love that the units are spacious and I can bring my extended family as well and sleep 8 comfortably between the 2 units.
