A charming wooden cottage on our completely private property, accommodating up to 4 guests.

Ideally located: 10 min. from Lake Sanguinet, 35 min. from the Arcachon Basin, and 45 min. from Bordeaux.
This cabin is situated on a private 500 m² garden.

Come recharge in a peaceful setting, between the Leyre River and the sea

This 28 m² chalet features a living room, a kitchenette, and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. An 8-square-meter attic mezzanine with two single beds completes this accommodation.
The BZ sofa bed in the living room sleeps two people on a new Bultex mattress (140-width double bed)
In the garden, you’ll find a dining area shaded by oak trees, a barbecue, a hammock, and a 4m-diameter Intex pool
The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll feel right at home.
Here, there are birds and a lovely yard, but no TV. The Wi-Fi connection is pretty good, so rest assured!

Parking is available in the driveway leading to your reserved lot.

This rental is brand new.
You’ll notice that we don’t charge any additional cleaning fees, as the tenant is responsible for cleaning the property before departure. We’re counting on you to leave the place as clean as you found it ;-)
