This townhome features a new desk and chair, and the high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Each floor features a primary bedroom suite. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset views and a glass of wine from the front or side covered porch or private back patio. No need to worry about parking permits - Bear Trap Dunes doesn't require a pass for you or your guests to park! Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances such as a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher, plus plenty of countertop appliances to handle those small tasks. You'll also have six TVs and two DVD players, and you can bring along up to two dogs!

Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a hard surface tennis court, a multi-sport court, pickle ball court and saunas for homeowners and guests). Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
