Two outdoor gas firepits provide the perfect setting to relax while taking in beautiful mountain views. For those traveling with a vehicle, Kiva offers complimentary covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and access to a convenient shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek. Property Improvement Notice:

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays.
