Cheryl, We are so sorry to hear you were less than comfortable on your vacation. We promptly addressed an issue with the frame of the bed you mentioned, thanks to your feedback, as well as ensuring all pieces of silverware were in good condition. We are always happy to address any cleanliness issues on the spot, and hate to hear you tolerated this during your stay as opposed to giving us the chance to address your concerns. We hope for the chance to provide you with the vacation experience you deserve in the future. Thank you again for your feedback.
