A peaceful retreat in the heart of a charming village near the Cévennes. Just 35 minutes from Nîmes, Canaules and Argentières is the ideal spot for a peaceful vacation with family or friends.

Accommodation
The recently renovated house offers many amenities to ensure you have a wonderful stay. With 240 m² of living space, including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with bathtub, shower, dryer, and washer), a kitchen, and a living room, you’ll feel right at home.

In the sleeping area, you’ll find 5 furnished bedrooms:
- A master suite with a 160-bed and a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink
- 1 bedroom with a double bed on the first floor
- 1 bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, which may be noisy as it faces directly onto the street
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds

Outside, the large patio offers shade from the sun and heat and includes an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, refrigerator, and oven. The patio overlooks a child-safe, heated pool.

You can park one car in the reserved space at the house, but there is a public parking lot just a 3-minute walk away.

The village is located 20 km from Ales and 30 km from Uzes. Shops and village markets are available within a 10-km radius of the house (Lézan, Saint-Jean de Serres).
