While it doesn’t face the ocean, you’re only moments away from the beach and have a partial ocean view from the unit balcony, with easy access to all the sun and surf. Perfectly positioned near local dining, shopping, and attractions, this condo provides a comfortable retreat with a full kitchen, private balcony, and on-site amenities that make it an ideal spot for your next beach escape.

Well stocked unit with everything you need - pack light with all kitchen needs, beach supplies, beach towels ready for you to make yourself at HOME for your stay. Full listing of everything in the unit will be provided before your trip to help you plan what NOT to bother bringing.

Large corner unit has more space than other units in the building with an extra wall of windows for plenty of natural sunlight. Wood-like tile throughout the living and bath area. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining table provides for bench/chair seating for 8. The 12' slider and large window provide plenty of natural light in the living area which has a 40" HD TV and leather furniture. Private WI-FI is in the unit. Two Rokus with Guest Mode allow you to sign in on all your favorite apps/shows and automatically sign out at the end of your stay. Air popper and popcorn for your movie nights.

Master Suite is well lit and spacious with a King sized bed. The room has double entry doors, carpeting, and a renovated master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is cheerful and has a Queen bed and twin bunks. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV - cable in the master and Roku for streaming in the guest bedroom.

Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve - dishes (inc toddler ware), pots/pans, blender, crockpot, toaster oven, 2 coffee makers (1 accepts Kcups), wine glasses and a wine/coffee bar with a wine rack above it.

Porta crib and bed rail in the unit. Shared laundry on each floor of the condo building (needs quarters). Laundry detergent and dryer sheets in unit for your use.

When you are ready for the beach, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and a boogie board!

This unit has a UV light appliance within the HVAC system. Our HVAC technician explains that it kills bacteria and germs in the air filtered through it, including cold, flu and coronavirus germs.

Building has 2 elevators. Pool heated seasonally starting 11/15.
