Located in beautiful Thousand Oaks, Casa Azul is a 4-minute drive to the freeway and a 30-minute drive to PCH and the local beaches. The area boasts many delicious restaurants and exciting nightlife at some of the local wineries and bars. Also, there are a plethora of hiking spots in the area, including the beautiful Wildwood Regional Park and the Los Robles Trail. Adventure parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain are all an easy drive away.

The outdoor living space in this home captures the natural beauty of Southern California including an outdoor fountain, rose gardens, and manicured lawn. A large outdoor dining area allows you to take full advantage of the year-round beautiful California weather. The gazebo is the perfect spot to relax day or night. It is complete with comfortable seating, wood-burning fireplace, and gas BBQ. The pool and spa are the icing on the top of this space.

The kitchen includes professional-grade stainless-steel appliances, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a separate beverage fridge inside the home. In the living room, there is a comfortable couch, upholstered chairs, and TV. The family room features a large sectional, television and gas fireplace.

This home sleeps 8 and features 3 bedrooms plus an office. The primary bedroom has a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 offers a Full bed, and the office has a sleeper sofa. The 2nd bathroom is located off the hall.

This beautiful Mediterranean-style home is a great option for your own private vacation, a convenient location to spend the nights between your adventures in Southern California, or a combination of both. We do have a strict cancelation policy. No parties or events are allowed. Note that the property has two (2) RING cameras: 1) outside at front door and 1) outside at side gate.

The pool is open all year round and is heated by solar from May - September. The temperature varies due to outdoor seasonal daytime, and nighttime temperatures. If you wish additional heating, the daily heating fee is $75/day. (Note: depending on daytime and nighttime air temperatures it can take up to 1 - 2 days to reach optimal heat with additional heating option.) The spa heating is free and runs year-round from 4 pm - 9 pm daily (soft jets only) and is heated to approximately 100 degrees.

Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am

One dog allowed with approval and prior notice must be given. A $150 pet fee will apply. No cats allowed (owners highly allergic).
