Near Playa Guiones Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to a variety of restaurants. This Studio unit comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender and toaster; perfect for preparation of a light breakfast and snacks. There is no stove or hotplate for cooking. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.

The Architectural Design of Villas Costa Bella is tropical contemporary. The style of construction fits beautifully into the natural surroundings of Playa Guiones. Villas Costa Bella is designed to maximize comfort in a tropical setting.

Great location in the heart of Guiones with a refreshing pool to cool off. Only 5 minute walk to the best part of the beach.

It was great and close to the beach and mini super!

This place was 5 stars close to everything, clean, safe, the pool was amazing! It has everything you need to whip up some breakfast or lunch before a surf!

Great stay

Nice property, private, well maintained, and secure. Comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi, A/C, and Hot water. Short walk to everything. Recommended

Great little place!

We have stayed in many places in Nosara and this is by far one of the best! Clean, safe well priced with many room options! We stayed in the studio which had a small efficiency kitchen and used the grill in the rancho which was great. The property manager and staff were always available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again ! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and mini super … overall great stay 😊

Costa Bella is great!

It was great! Reiner was very helpful, and made a couple of bookings for us because we didn’t have phone service. The location is great …right near the beach and attractions, but quiet at night and staffed with a security guard after 4 PM to prevent theft, safe in the room, housekeeping on Mon, Wed, Fri…and Playa Guiones is beautiful! Pool inside the court yard was great after coming back from beach. Only critique is it would be good to have directions on how to find Costa Bella when arriving after dark…was hard to find at first, not knowing the town….soecific directions would be good….but once we got there everything was great! Would definitely stay here again!

In reference to directions for finding our Villas after dark. In our FAQ and Arrival Instructions that our sent to each guest at the time of booking, I list our GPS Co-ordinates as well as our proximity to the Gilded Iguana Hotel (the best known landmark in the area. Unfortunately, this area doesn't have N.A. style street addresses, so we have found this to be the best way we know to direct taxi drivers and others to find us. However I agree -- it can be challenging in the dark! We will continue to work on ways to improve it! Pura Vida and hope to see you again sometime!

Villas Costa Bella Studio

What a great place to stay in Playa Guiones! Have been traveling down to Guiones since 2004 and have stayed in a few different places around town. I have to say that Villas Costa Bella ranks at the top! The grounds are amazing and well maintained. The Studios are spacious, quiet and clean, with anything that you would need for a stay there. You are also a short walk from just about everything in the area. Also. Hats off to the night watchman. He always met me at the gate no matter what time I came strolling in. Always felt like i was safe and secure at night with someone watching over!

This is our 6th year staying in Playa Guiones. We usually stay at a hotel but given massive price increases this year, we wanted to try a smaller rental. Location is perfect. We walked or biked everywhere. Place is immaculately clean. David the night guard is super nice, helpful and on top of everything. Pool is small so if many guests use it, it is tight, more like an oversized plunge pool than a swimming pool. We hung out in the covered cookout area with comfy swings and picnic tables. It was nice to have access to full shade and use the pool as needed. We would definitely stay again. If you do book the studio, there isn't a lot of storage for 2 people, just a small cabinet with some hanging space and shelves. I would add more hooks to hang wet things and maybe a taller cabinet with more storage. Kitchen is ample and well equipped but we ate out all the time so the kitchen got minimal use. If you are a surfer which we are, it is a bit of a walk for beach access with boards. If you are there just for fun, it is delightful. Plenty of room to leave bikes inside gate as well. I would highly recommend staying here and if I return to Playa Guiones will stay again.
