We welcome you, your family and friends to stay at our newly updated, beautifully furnished luxury 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with 3 parking spaces (1 car garage and 2 assigned parking spaces) on 26th Street, just 2 blocks (a 3-4 minute walk) from the boardwalk and the beach located between Midtown and Downtown. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset and bay view from our double balconies in the front. We are just steps from Jolly Roger's Amusement Park and many miniature golf courses. Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife.
The Space
This stunning townhouse features an inviting open floor plan, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Start your mornings on one of our two balconies, taking in the serene Bayview, or step outside to the boardwalk for a refreshing walk. For a fun family activity, consider renting a four-wheeled bicycle and explore the scenic boardwalk together, creating unforgettable memories along the way.
Families will enjoy nearby attractions such as Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Paradise Watersports, and numerous miniature golf courses, providing endless entertainment for children and adults alike.
We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $75 per stay.
However, please note that per Ocean City's pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30.
They are permitted between October 1 and April 30.
Unattended pets must be crated.

The distance from the property to the beach/boardwalk is approximately 1000ft (about 2 blocks). It is just a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk, 3-4 minutes walk. We are located on 26th Street and the bayside, few steps from the bay views.
It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning unit.
First Floor: Features a spacious garage and 2 assigned parking spaces with a large storage space for all your beach gear. Walk to the other stair, the bedroom #4 has a full over full bunk bed w/ trundle, a television, and a private bathroom. (sleeps 5)
Second Floor: The spacious living room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), stylish armchairs, and a flat-screen television. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, filling the room with abundant natural light. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space is perfect for enjoying family meals together, while a convenient bathroom adds to the overall functionality of the floor. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is ideal for quick snacks and casual dining.
Third Floor: Three spacious bedrooms await:
Master Bedroom (Bedroom #1): King-size bed with trundle, television, and private bathroom (sleeps 3).
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, television, and access to a hall bathroom (sleeps 2).

*Mini weeks are available any day of the week for check-in with 2 night stay minimum.
*For the safety of our guests, all children or guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their legal guardian.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), dishwasher pods (2/stay), and laundry detergent (2 cubes/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
**Linens and Towels Policy
*Linen policies can vary among hosts in Ocean City. In our case, we offer the choice for guests to either bring their own linens (sheets) and towels OR choose a 3rd party linen service. Websites will be provided upon booking.
*Should you choose not to, you must provide your own bed linens (sheets) and towels.
*All the beds are covered with water-resistant bed padding protectors over the mattress.
*Remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online.
*The property is equipped with a camera monitoring the front door. It remains active at all times. There are no cameras inside the home.
