This place is a gem! It's a perfect size for one person, and has all the amenities you could want – a full kitchen, plenty of linens, storage, and a lovely fully fenced yard. It was clean and well-lit.
For remote-workers: I worked full-time from this place, and it was great. The workstation at the end of the hall was a little dark for my tastes, so I ended up using the table in the main room as my desk, which worked well. It's worth noting that the wifi is spotty sometimes, and I had to tether to my phone periodically. The hosts were extremely responsive when I had internet issues, and had technicians come out. The problem was never fully fixed, but I think it's a function of a smaller town, and not the host's fault. It's totally workable, and for the most part I didn't have a problem.
The neighborhood is quiet with an amazing view of the Sierra right down the street. It's quite private, but the hosts are readily available and friendly if you need anything.
I absolutely loved staying here and would happily return!
