We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. So nice to have our own pool, be right on the beach and have so much living space available - both in the sun and covered area. Shane, our host, was always available and if we needed anything, he was there to help. The proximity to town was also ideal, a very easy walk.

Host was very responsive and had good suggestions. We had several issues with a dishwasher and he was quick to address this. The location was perfect and the beach was good. Close to a cute local coffee shop and next door to the beach club and their bar.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are so glad you enjoyed the location and found it convenient to be just steps away from the Beach Club and our neighbors at Chillpoint, it really is the best of both worlds. I appreciate your patience while we addressed the dishwasher. While we aim for a "hiccup-free" stay, I’m glad I was able to get it sorted out quickly for you so you could get back to enjoying the beach. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and we would love to have you back at Casa Del Sol the next time you visit Placencia!

Great stay

Having a pool right on the beach made for such a fun experience. We rented the golf cart the property provides, which made getting into town really easy. This is a great place for a group of friends or for a family vacation.

Great large property that 8 of us only dented the space provided, inside & out. Large splash pool with deep end. Beach is large and regularly maintained. Kayaks provided a huge plus. Small resort and awesome coffee, ice cream adjacent

Also, glad that you enjoyed Placencia Beach Club and Chillpoint Coffee that are right next door. We've had guests tell us it makes it feel like being at a resort, without being at a resort! Wonderful property in a great location! The kids loved the pool and loved being able to go from pool to beach. We took advantage of access to tropical drinks right next door. The house is perfect for three couples or multi generational family.

The pictures of the house are very accurate. Shane was outstanding and proactive in his communications concerning the property and our stay - really couldn't have been better. The pool and space underneath the house is fabulous. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Casa Del Sol had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family vacation

Our family with 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful time at this beachfront home in Placencia. The home and pool was very relaxing and clean. Being next to the Placencia Beach Club was a huge bonus. Check out the beach club sooner rather than later. You'll be glad you did.

Family Getaway

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time at Casa del Sol. The home is in an excellent location with great views and is located next to the Placencia Beach Club, which was a bonus. It was great to have a private pool at the home and use of the kayaks/paddleboard to go exploring. The host kept in communication with us leading up to our stay and while we were there. Thank you for a great stay in Placencia!

Best location in Placencia!

Shane was "unbelizeably" helpful and a wonderful host. He helped us schedule our excursions, rented us out golf cart, and took care of every question or need that we had. The house is located on the most spectacular part of the beach. Highly recommend. The next-door Beach Club is also a real wonderful perk!

Great Bones

Great house, Shane the host was great, responds, anything you need he takes care of, beach, pool and location to the beach club makes it quite convenient, close to all restaurant's, stores, fruit and vegetable stands, nightlife , needs some minor infrastructure repairs, lights, shower heads, dishwashers but AC in every room works awesome. I would stay again if in the area

Perfect beach house in Belize.

Casa Del Sol has an amazing view. We loved the pool and beach combo. The lower level veranda was spacious and comfortable. Shane was the perfect host. He answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Our teenage boys really enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks.
